I have visited the 7-Eleven around 2:36 in the morning to a rude clerk that made my brother wait outside until he got finished with his cigarette after my experience is coming in only had $100 bill. After making the next customer behind me pay for my merchandise because he said he could not break my hundred dollar bill at this time of night. Do I know what time it is? Do I have cash app money or something? Is this all you’re getting up right rude and disrespectful and not the image that I see when I come to 7-Eleven!!!! Ou and Casey’s will be the choice here on out!!!!

No restroom...ever.
Sharhonda was the one cashier today and was eating a full on meal at the counter...I was not greeted or thanked for my purchase, instead I was asked for ID with a full mouthful of food. Gross.

Employees are okay, I guess.. This 711 has never been the best though. Getting gas here sucks balls, the pump moves sssooooo slow. Took 15 minutes to pump out $20 in gas. Go another 2 miles down to 44th and Sooner, so much better 711.

I work nights. I come here all the time, and it's closed a lot at random times. I've been told "We're closed between 3 and 4". OK, fine. Then why are you closed at 2 AM? How come some nights, you're closed still at 4:30 AM? I've been up here at 3:30 AM, and still open. You guys need consistency. For the longest time, this store used to be so dirty and never stocked. Lately, the store has been much cleaner and shelves stocked, but these inconsistent closures need to stop.

Went to two different locations with this location being the first at 2:30AM. There was a hand written sign on the door that said closed until 4AM. Went to the second location shortly after and also had a hand written “closed” sign. Sat at the second location for about 10 minutes before calling corporate to ask if this was a thing and was told no. Corporate gives me 2 other locations nearby numbers to call to see if they were open before driving all the way to them and the first store I called I asked “are you all opened? I’ve been to 2 different locations and they’re both closed” he replies “no ma’am we close from 3-4 for a system shut down.” Why were both stores (this one FOR SURE) closed 30 minutes earlier than they should have for this “system shut down”.. I just needed to use the ATM… if this is a state thing hours of operation on the website and doors needs to be updated!
