I booked Chetak 2443 Urbane from Arun Automobiles, Khamla, Nagpur
We went to pick our vehicle on 27th June 2024. When it was handed over to us we found that the part above the meter is not fitted properly and also the paint was scratched out from there. When we pointed it out after an argument they changed that part.
It took 4 hours for us to complete the process and pick the vehicle from the store.
While we checked the vehicle after coming home we found out that there was not only 1 part which was faulty but numerous faults in it the vehicle
• The left body of the vehicle is not fitted properly
• The attachment below the handle is broken
• There is a gap between two parts near the right foot rest

Now the answer to all this we got from the dealer is that IT IS A COMPANY FITTING AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE GLITCHES IN THE VEHICLE

But as a consumer when we are paying the amount in full why are we given such a defective piece or are we expecting too much or asking for too much that we get a new vehicle with no defects.
Please intervene in the matter and give us a proper solution for the same

Worst Experience with Chetak Showroom – Avoid at All Costs !

I had the most disappointing experience after booking the Chetak Special Edition from this showroom. Despite waiting patiently for 2 months, they informed me at the last moment that they cannot deliver the product. To make matters worse, they are charging a fee for canceling the booking, even though this entire situation is due to their mistake.

As an alternative, they suggested waiting another 2 months for an upcoming model, but shockingly, they have no idea about its specifications or any guarantees for delivery.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this showroom. Pathetic service !

Worst service ever. I had insurance claim for chetak, the staff called me and informed me that the vehicle was ready for delivery. But when I visited the service centre, they said that the bill was not ready and told me to come later after a few hours. This is the level of service of chetak. Who will compensate the time and money for travelling the service centre again and again.

Worst after sales service. Chetak must take necessary action against service staff as they are very arrogant and even take 3-4 days for small problems and even after that same issues will be coming again and again. Arun motors must work on after sales service or else they will end up losing customers. I will not recommend anyone to purchase vehicle from here.

Showroom staff don't care about delivery and after delivery services.
What the company claim of chetak of 120-123km range per charge, it doesn't even go close to that. Hardly it gives range of 80-85 (I said hardly) i.e. at low speed. Showroom don't even know does it support charging station fast charging or not. Nor company claim it.

I guess other company than chetak is good in ev.
Main issue is the range. If the product is made for certain things and it is not only doing that thing then that product make no sense.

Front space between handle and seat is very low. It is of no use to carry anything. Even a small luggage bag or air bag is not able to adjust their.

Very worst service in khamla motors chetak work shop bohot 3rd class staff hai kahete hai batdo jisko batana hai complaint se hum nahi darte aise customer se bolte hai 1 st service mein ye hal to baki service ka kya service huyie to bhi call nahi karte pura staff worst hai
