Peaceful and very friendly environment. The salon has been upgraded very nicely by Kim (Owner). My hair stylist (another Kim) was very patient with me in explaining every step of my haircut, style and highlights. She did a wonderful job at that!! I recommend this Salon very highly, as well as my hair stylist, Kim! This will certainly be my new "Go-to" for my hair. ?

I showed a video of exactly what I wanted. Nothing an experienced stylist couldn't do. All I asked for were curtain bangs. The lady that cut my hair (Tess) butchered a simple style. I'm so upset, in shock and can not wait for it to grow out. I do not recommend getting hair cuts by Tess. She obviously only knows how to handle a blow dryer. Going to this salon was a huge mistake. I think my husband's barber would have done a better job.

I will not go anywhere else! Elizabeth Palmer is the BEST! She’s professional, shes so sweet and kind, she’s just simply amazing! My daughter always needs to come with me to my appointments, and Elizabeth even takes time to interact with her. I always LOVE my hair when I get out of Elizabeth’s chair. She goes above and beyond and it looks better than my vision! I always recommend anyone and everyone to go to her.

Do not actually take into account the review written below me. If you actually read other reviews, you will see how much everyone loves Elizabeth. Because one lady was late and missed her appointment, that is not Elizabeth’s fault. Keep in mind, Elizabeth is busy with a lot of business for a reason 😉

I just received possibly the best haircut ever! I walked in and Steven consulted with me about what I was looking for in a haircut. He really listened and just got it! So may places have given me what I was not looking for. He, however, really nailed it! If your like me, and think no hairdresser will ever understand what your looking for, you MUST go see Steven. He's absolutely the most amazing hair stylist! You will leave there so happy and so beautiful!!!

Elizabeth is so unprofessional!!! And so inflexible!!! After they rescheduled my appointment for Sunday and I have to reschedule my whole weekend, she refuse to do my hair because I called to say I’m going to arrive 15 minutes late... hello... this is Miami with bad traffic and after all...you reschedule me first. And then she was texting me like 40 minutes after, so... she have or have not the time Bad bad costumer service and Gossip about the coworkers. Don’t go to that place with such a bad vibe!!! Specially in ELIZABETH hands!!!
