I want to the thank the bakery staff at HEB for delivering a prefect custom cake for my daughters 13th Birthday. My kiddo is an artist and designed her own cake via a digital drawing. The team consulted with me for about 10 minutes and the rest is history. "Now, don't yawl go in there asking for outrageous stuff to be done that is not similar to what's already in their portfolio! LOL". However, if you do have an idea that is not in the catalog, bring a picture and see what they can do. Below are images of my daughter's drawing and the cake carefully crafted by the bakery team. My baby-big-girl was so excited about her cake! Our friends and family were impressed and HEB made my year!
Five stars plus!

Tonight was another in and out as usual, until disrespectful clerk MADDIE, stated to me,” you’re going to hate me; watch out,” while pushing my basket from where I was unloading and ringing up at the self check out area, I stated to her,” that is disrespectful to push your way around an area and say, “watch out,” I reported her to DALTON, the said manager as he informed me. This behavior is unacceptable.

One of the biggest HEB in the cedar park area close to Whitestone blvd. Parking space is very wide and the parking infront of entrance is reserved for Wheelchair accessible.
They also have self checkout options for faster billing. Currently back to school offers are also available #HappyShopping

This is just a PSA to avoid this floral department. I don't know what the issue is, but flowers from this location NEVER last more than a day or two. I always have to throw half the greenery away from being gross before they even make it to the vase and the flowers are wilted within 48 hours.

I've told my boyfriend to avoid this location moving forward, the quality is just not there.

I've been going here for a long time. It's nostalgic but not the best. I struggle to find the restrooms, and the floor is rocky and broken. There is a weird smell near the beginning. The staff is very nice though and helpful. I loved when, I was young, the HEB bucks, which they no longer have. Sad. But it's still a great spot, and not too expensive

I just visited the cheese area and I felt offended and attacked. I went looking for a cheese. I had the cheese in a photo. I didn't know which one it was. I showed the person the photo. I only speak Spanish. She speaks English and Spanish. It's obvious that she's Mexican. She was racist to me, just like all the women who work there. They laughed at me and in a very bad way. I answered in English when she speaks Spanish. A nice man in a black shirt came up and helped me. Very bad service. I don't think I'll visit again.

Constantly see non-service dogs in the store. That’s very annoying. I have a dog too but why do some people get to break the rules and roam around as if they are made of different stuff. Management of the store should ask such people to leave instead of obviously looking the other way.

Please help explain to checker Chris that the reason you provide plastic bags for fruits and vegetables is not so he can tear them open during checking. Today I was blown away because he tore open the bag on all fruits and vegetables and literally threw the carrots on the counter full of who knows how many germs. He literally tore open every bag of fruit and vegetables as he checked them. Someone needs to educate this young man that this is bad form and not acceptable. Thanks!
