I was able to get in quickly. I noticed that everyone working there was chatting and friendly with one another which created a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was professional, thorough, and kind. I had to have blood work done and was very apprehensive about them finding a vein as I've had a lot of chemo which makes it difficult. The nurse was confident and reassuring. Impressively, she got it on the first try! If I need an Urgent Care again, I will be sure to go to the St. Louis Hills location. I was very grateful for the quality of care I received on a day that I felt awful.

I was able to get an appointment and, upon arriving, was impressed by the entire staff from front desk to medical staff. I was greeted warmly from the front desk to the examination room. The doctor and nurses gave me their unlimited time and clear, concise explanations from start to finish. The nurses were great! The tech who gave me an ultrasound was very nice and explained the process in detail. The doctor was very pleasant and never rushed in and out of the room. He read me the results of my ultrasound, then wrote an RX and answered any questions. I felt in good hands and never felt rushed throughout. I highly recommend the TAUC at 6900 Chippewa St.

TAUC St. Louis Hills is a first-class facility. I have been there on a few occasions and always receive professional treatment, find a caring staff and extensive medical equipment to handle the situation. I have always been pleased by my experiences there.

Just witnessed a very disabled in needs hard to walk very hard to walk and nobody came out to give her a wheelchair. I’ve been there several times and I’ve never had a good experience and I never wanted to complain but sitting at the stoplight seeing this poor elderly lady, unable to walk to the front door and no one is coming out there to give her a wheelchair Our house healthcare system needs to get better people, and I know it starts from the top, but have a heart and some compassion

I went to this urgent care after visiting the Mercy one up the street, which was too busy to see me as a walk-in. I was pleasantly surprised walking into total access to see no line and a helpful receptionist.

My service was efficient and worked well. It was convenient and effective. I saw many NPs and assistants, never the same person twice lol. They were very thorough and kind. I will be back if needed!

Wonderful Staff. Very polite and prompt as they could be. My needs were met. The only thing that puzzles me is the website AND windows say "Walk-in Welcome. No appointment needed" But when you go in, you are given an appointment time. Doesn't make much sense to me but I feel they did wonderful overall.

This urgent care is racist. Came in due to an infected tooth. Was told they don't give pain meds for toothache which is a lie. Urgent Care can give pain meds but refuse to because I wasn't the same color as there "other" patients. I took my antibiotics and left. I will never be returning to this Urgent Care. Also they curse like nobody in the room can hear them. So unprofessional.

I recently visited this location after a workplace accident. I was immediately welcomed and brought back for treatment. All of the medical staff was friendly and thorough. I'm very happy with the level of care I received.
