Best and quickest service I’ve ever had in my life,
When other watch shops told me my watch was unfixable they fixed it within 4 days for £20!!

A bit dissapointed with their attitudes, I was warned about their attitudes but I only wanted a new watch battery which was fine until I noticed condensation inside the watch which has never been there before as I left the shop so went straight back in and their attitudes instantly changed and spoke to me like I was an idiot saying things like ' well I haven't put any water in your watch'. It's just a shame as I now have to go to a different watch repairer to sort out the issue which is from them fitting the new battery.

First off id like to say i am downhearted to have to write this, i have been visiting timecheck since i was a kid, but a recent experience has left me appalled at this stores attitude. For 23 years they have been my go too store for anything watch related, there is no doubt of the fantastic skills of the repairers there unfortunately their customer service and attitude to relatively simple things now stinks more than a ton of horse manure. I asked my wife recently to pop into store and ask for a watch strap to be changed on a watch i had recently purchased. Upon her doing so she was greeted with a rather stuck up attitude from the staff member who told her the strap that was on the watch was fine and refused to change it. When she explained that (i) didnt like the strap and found it uncomfortable, the staff member told her to tell me to wear the watch and stop complaining. I was on a phonecall with my wife while all this transpired and heard everything, and i was left in a state of shock. Small businesses like these complain of competition from the likes of Amazon. Well guess what timecheck, i will NEVER step foot in your store again. Id rather use Amazon.

Excellent service, went in for a new battery in one watch and a new one to have links removed. Very fair pricing and exceptional service. Took the time to tell me about my new watch and how it worked (radio controlled), as it had come calibrated they then calibrated and setup for me. Highly recommend

Dropped my old Oakley watch of 3 weeks ago after every jewellery store in Gateshead and Newcastle turned me away because of how difficult the job to fix it was. Peter at Time check promised me he would give it his best shot. I told him i didnt care what it cost as its very important to me. Got the call after 3 weeks it was fixed. I was expecting to pay £300- £400, i was charged only £38 ! I begged to let me pay more but they wouldn't take it.
I am absolutely blown away by the skill and service provided . I would recommend this store to anyone, they are fantastic, and lovely people to. Thank you Time check .

They replaced the battery in my Cartier watch at minimal cost even though it took about 20 minutes of painstakingly removing and replacing the tiny screws. They are the most pleasant and informative people to talk to and we will be back for future requirements.

I’ve went in with an old watch of my dads after going to several places saying it can’t be repaired; in the span of 30 seconds in the hands of wonderful Tracy and the watch has been running perfectly fine since then. Thank you loads and highly recommended for all your watch repairs.

Went into this clock/watch shop to get advice on a Seiko clock of mine that stopped working a few months ago. I was quite prepared to bring it in for repair but the advice they gave me was spot on! Instead of forking money out on a repair, they asked me to try different batteries. I spent £4 on 4 cheap 'C' Kodak batteries (instead of Duracell) & they worked brilliantly! Can't thank them enough! What I thought might of been a costly repair only cost me £4! Over the moon!
