After getting engaged, my partner and I went into Ernest Jones looking for an engagement ring! We were so so happy with the service that we received. We had been to many shops before this, including in the Argyle Arcade, but no other service came near. Elise was brilliant! She was super knowledgeable about the Le Vian range that we bought from and made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. We also had our 10 month old girl with us both times we went into the store and she was made to feel as welcome as we were.

I am always uneasy when buying jewellery as I always feel pressured by staff for the upsell but Marion in Ernest Jones Braehead couldn’t of been more friendly. She was fabulous! I was looking for a wedding ring and she was really helpful in showing me the options and giving me her honest opinion whilst being super professional without loading on the pressure. Me and my fiancé went into Ernest jones in braehead and I purchase my bespoke wedding ring, the staff were absolutely fantastic and down to earth, made me feel at ease the entire time yet they were also very friendly, if every staff team were like that then every workplace would be a dream to walk into ?

My experience in the store was amazing!
Preet was very helpful and offered great customer care as well as patience while I made the decision on what brand of watch to purchase and style.
Preet was professional and knowledgeable which made my decision easier.
In the end I selected the beautiful LONGINES watch with the green facing. I could not be more happier with my purchase, as it was a gift to moi for turning a very “special” number!
