Ordered a Christmas gift for our youngest during the postal strike, Tech Genius called FedEx and Purolator but they wouldn't ship it. Finally UPS agreed but it was going to cost $120! Tech Genius paid the $120! I have never dealt with a company so dedicated to their customers! They were so polite, professional and KIND! Even during the holiday chaos! They kept in touch during the shipping process with updates, always answered my calls and texts, they are fabulous to deal with! I don't do reviews but these guys went above and beyond! 10/10 Merry Christmas!

About 4 years ago, Tech Genius guys fixed my mom's Samsung tablet. The repair was very quick, with a great amount of care and precision. The price for the repair job was very small and I was so grateful for their kindness.
This morning, I drove from the east end of Mississauga to Burlington to replace two cell phone batteries and a camera lens cover. Yes, the drive was 30 minutes and there are many cell phone repair shops around Mississauga, but when you receive such high level of personal attention, it is hard to go anywhere else. The drive was well worth it.
Thank you very much guys, and I will be returning for my other electronic repairs.

The team at Tech Genius is extremely helpful and understanding. They were able to totally repair my iPad after some unfortunate water damage and save me from having to totally replace it. The prices are reasonable, the staff are polite and helpful, worth visiting to resolve you tech needs!

Repaired my screen after I dropped the phone. Also repaired my motherboard shortly after (which totalled ~800$ in repairs, may have been from drop, may have been from screen repair as the phone was working fine other than the screen following the drop, until right after the screen repair was done). 3 weeks goes by after motherboard repair and the screen stops working, without any drop or damage. Return to see if that could be replaced, and was told it was my fault, likely from "bending in pocket". I've never had any phone screen break from just being in my pocket after nearly two decades of having a phone. I suspect it was a cheaply made screen that was used as a fix, thus not being durable enough to exist in a pocket and endure everyday use. Either way, it should have been remedied. Nice guys, but disappointed overall by the experience after spending so much and having it break after not damaging it again following the initial drop.

This is the best Tech shop around! My repair was completed in one hour. Fair prices, a family atmosphere and accessories on site. I previously witnessed them helping teach an elderly person how to use their laptop and giving honest advice about buying antivirus products. Went there to get a screen fixed on my phone. They discovered it was the screen protector that was cracked and I ended up saving a lot because of it. They could have easily ripped me off so I appreciate their honesty and integrity very much and will definitely be consulting them again if I have tech problems in the future.

My Galaxys10+ was damaged all around - broken screen and the frame was chipped, the back was also cracked.

The guys at tech genius installed a brand new screen and frame as well as a new backing to it. Looks brand new! And they got it done within just a couple hours and very reasonable prices.

Highly recommend!
