I have had a wonderful experience purchasing my first luxury watch at Westime Miami. My dealer, Eric, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable while walking me through a couple of watches I was indecisive on purchasing at the moment. I had some time to sleep on my decision and was very happy with my final purchase. Communication was seamless. I did not expect to also leave out with some great parting gifts. Definitely plan to continue to build my collection in the future here.

Fresh off the airplane from Texas, my wife and I were welcomed and respected by Carlos and his team at Westime. As a retired Army Veteran, there are not many things I can afford from such an amazing selection of timepieces. At no point in time we're we mistreated. Carlos's knowledge of the stores inventory was extensive, and he repeatedly presented items to us that only the most privileged could afford. We left after three hours with all intentions of returning at a later date. Top notch, professional, Westime.

Westime Miami is the best watch store to shop for high end watches. The store itself is located in the heart of Brickell, at the Brickell City Center. The store is beautiful and has friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. I was blown away by the selection they have of high end brands, especially Rolex. Thank you Eric for all your help with finding a perfect Rolex for my husband

I came in for a tune up for my vintage watch. Fantastic professional service from Manny Suarez. He kept me informed frequently throughout the process. He contacted me immediately when the watch came in and personally fitted it for me.
