Could be much better laid out. A relatively small display area and it looks like the bulk of the appliances are stored in racks that go to the ceiling. I'm guessing if you want to have a look at an appliance up in the racks, you have to ask an employee to bring it down for you? Doesn't seem like the most efficient way to shop. Prices were decent but of course some of the appliances were pretty neat up. Just wish we could have gotten a better look at the items on the racks.

They use Purolator to deliver items, NO calling/ texting to check before they attempt delivery. Best Buy email you to tell you the day of the delivery and expects you be home
anytime on that day to receive the delivery! Which working person can afford to do this?

Great place to purchase new slightly damaged appliances with manufacturers warranty. A lot of their appliances have dents or missing parts. If you ok with that, I would highly recommend checking them out. Cash and Carry same day..no holds even on paid items so bring adequate transportation!

Over a month not received product, which I be been charged for ! Not my issue if it’s lost I should have my product not be pushed of every time I reach out oh just wait two more days… F that

You can get open-box appliances by more than 50% off price, which is brand new! But delivery cost 90 bucks so it's better to bring trucks if you can. I bought a washer year ago and it's still working good. But I would give 4 stars cause it's pretty hard to find the warehouse.

Awful. I ordered a item from here online and was told it would be here on the Monday. It wed now and has not even left the building. I've been on the phone for the past 3 nights and the support team is awful and not helpful. This has been the worst experience. I will never order nor recommend buying anything from bestbuy ever again.UPDATE I have been on the phone with you guys for 4 days and nothing has been accomplished. You have the worst service and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Hit and miss appliance shop - they only stock dents and returned appliances here. So that means that every week/day their stock is changing! What’s in the “showroom” is what they have and they don’t know what might arrive the next day! This is a great deal for appliances - 30/75% off of msrp is what to expect
