I bought a Dell Latitude from New West Laptop yesterday and had MS Word and Excel installed. I was very happy with the laptop and the overall buying experience. Externally, the refurbished laptop was in great shape and it performs like new. The purchase price was excellent and the MS Word/Excel installation was quick . The service provided was genuinely customer oriented. Lana had a very positive demeanor as she patiently helped me select the best laptop (value wise) for my budget. She patiently answered questions about laptops and other products and at my request, packaged it securely. Thank you for making my trip to the shop worthwhile.

Notably, their business hours are meaningless. The only way to make sure that they are open and have someone working the computer counter is to call them. It seems that even if the store is open the only employee is a kid on his phone. The actual computer repair worker seems to show up just whenever he feels like it to work a couple hours and then leave. Don't expect anyone to know where he is or when he might show up.
Having said that, their actual work is fine, the prices are typical of any laptop place, and they will give you a quote. I had my laptop fan replaced at the height of COVID so I cannot speak as to the speed of their service. It took about a month but I doubt that's normal. Your experience may vary but this place is certainly nothing special.
I wouldn't take an important work/school computer here. Not worth the hassle to save maybe ten dollars. There are much more professional places locally that will be quicker and easier to communicate with.

I brought my laptop in as it had overheating issues.Best Buy had quoted me at $300+tax and they wanted to ship it out for 2-3 weeks. These guys did it for a fraction of the price and fixed it within one business day! Super happy and I will definitely come back if I have another problem!

New West laptops was really quick and friendly in fixing my Macbook. I needed it for school and they were very accommodating and understanding to my situation. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She fixed my laptop while I was in the store! Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs, top notch service!

Lena gives great service! I went to her when I needed to replace my hard dis. She not only replaced the faulty drive, but transferred over all my data, all within the day. Several months later I needed my software updated for MS Office. She did it within 2 hours while I ran some errands in their neighborhood and she did it for free, all the while suffering from a terrible cold. I love supporting small business and these folks have definitely made me a customer for life.

They are incredibly awesome!
I brought my broken MacBook Pro to have its hard drive completely wiped off.
The girl there was so nice that she explained to me what exactly is the issue of the laptop and told me that I could actually have it fixed cheaper than I thought. I’m still thinking about fixing it, but if I actually do, I know I’m coming back here.
Guys, if you’re looking for a place to get your computer fixed, here it is!
