Similar to some other reviews post buying unfortunately. Pre buying service is amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve had my watch less then a year (master control calender £13k+) and the date hand stopped functioning correctly (skipping 16th date), I went into store and instantly said there was cosmetic damage that was the reason of the fault. Wanted to buy a ultra thin perpetual but I would recommend to look elsewhere as post buying customer service is terrible and told me it would be months to even check why there was a fault (and heavily implied it would be concluded it would be my fault) will find a better company to spend significant amounts of money with.

I never write bad review, this store is horrible, the attitude of the woman manager felt like she just wanted me to leave right away, maybe she didn’t think I was her potential buyer, she didn’t want to give even a smile. This store has poor collection imo, nothing interesting either.

I visited with some neo vintage pieces to discuss timekeeping, service condition and strap options. The welcome I received from Carmen and the wider JLC Bond St. boutique team was exceptional. It was clear how passionate the team are about the JLC brand and products (as am I) and that their working styles just ‘click’, hugely to customers’ benefit. A faultless, 5* experience.

Bought a £10K watch for my wife from this shop. It went wrong twice within the guarantee period. Each time told that the fault was hers and charged hundreds of pounds to fix it. We believe that the watch was faulty from the outset but what can you do. In addition the watch was away for months each time. My advice is to buy a different make. These watches don’t seem to be able to withstand normal daily wear. Very disappointed.

I have had the most wonderful experience and service from both of Carmen and Alessio at the JLC Boutique. I had my 1952 Futurematic restored beyond my expectations and was extremely impressed with all aspects of the care that was provided. I had such a fantastic experience with Cristina from JLC Bond Street. She was patient, informative and always kept me up to date throughout. The service and product is world class and Cristina made me feel special throughout a very sentimental purchase. I hope to meet her again.
