Great customer service from Erskine who kindly coordinated two phones for me (Black Friday sale) and did a lot of the admin work with Telus tech support while I got back to work. He made it very easy allowing me to come by and collect the phones with everything ready for me to go at the end of the day. Standout service - highly recommend. Thanks again

Replaced dead OEM speakers in my 2003 Subaru Baja and connected a 2004 OEM subwoofer to a 2016(?) Pioneer CarPlay…. And it all works! Sounds great. And now a passenger seat rumbles.

Brad and the team at Ralph’s offer amazing service and expertise. I loved the fact that Brad did everything he said he was going to do, and that he was very accessible through email for updated quotes, modifications to the original work order, and other incessant car owner questions. I am very happy with the final product and have posted before (not my work) and after photos to detail the results. I’ll be trying out the headlights tonight and am super happy that I’ll be able to see on the road again. If you want things done right and have a budget, this is the shop for you. Thanks Brad and team…I’ll be back for more mods!

Brad and Jason did a great job helping me with a system upgrade as soon as I stepped in the store. They took the time to look at my vehicle and listened to my needs before discussing with me the options I had available. When we ran into some technical challenges they spent time researching and making sure they found the best solution possible to let me keep my stock head unit and functionality intact while still getting great sound and tight crisp bass. They also managed to fabricate an amazing sub enclosure to fit the unique space I had available due to my convertible housing and Jason made sure to put some nice finishing touches on it to make it look completely flush and like it was always supposed to be there. Brad was knowledgeable but did not pressure me as I chose my components and really went above and beyond my expectations. And the sound system they put together sounds amazing! You’ve made me one happy customer.

I have been a Ralph's customer for many years and they have never let me down. William recently set me up with a new Kenwood system for my hotrod. It works like a dream. I really appreciate the time he spent with me explaining the operation of the unit. Ralph's is certainly my go to place for car audio.
