This store is great for people who listen and collect kpop albums and merch. They have a large selection of boy groups and girl groups. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! For my first time going to this store, I had a wonderful time! Micheal was super nice and attentive. Whenever I had a question, he was happy to answer. The vibe of this store was very welcoming! Micheal filled me in all sorts of things so I would be able to know more about the store. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Recently had a horrible experience here. All I shall say is that I find this place being a scam to make money for themselves. I would suggest before purchasing anything from this location please do your research as kpop kastle over prices things. If you are looking for kpop albums I suggest go to the barns & noble at oakland park, it is organized by artist and is worth the time or if you are doing online I say the site kpop exchange where pricing is way more affordable with certain things... the picture below is the selection from the book store at barns & noble at the oakland park. With that said I hope you all can choose more wisely before spending your money and time at this location.

this place was so cute!! lots of options available, from lightsticks to albums to merch, and the person working at the front was super helpful and friendly 😀 albums were very reasonably priced (from what i've seen in other kpop stores) too!

I went to my first fan sign event there yesterday and it was amazing!! The girls were so pretty and nice ❤️ The staff ran the event smoothly and efficiently despite the Florida heat and how many people were there. I look forward to the next time maybe when it’s a little cooler ? (aka November/December) Overall am experience I won’t forget ?❤️?
