I was very happy with my accommodation in London through Access London agency. I rented a room in a shared flat. The property was clean and well maintained. It was located in a nice locality and made me feel safe. My agent Sushen was very helpful, super friendly and professional at the same time. Overall I have had a great experience and I would recommend this agency to my friends.

My first time using this agency, I was really worried at first but for now everything is good. I was not able to check the room by myself, therefore they let my brother to check the room and even gave the key to him for check in. By the time I arrived in London, I just have to move in. There was a problem with one of the toilet and I let Sushen know about it, they send someone to fix it within 24 hours. Overall, I’m satisfied with the place. Hopefully they will keep maintaining their services.

Overall I have had a great experience. Everyone in this agency goes above and beyond to help, super friendly and professional at the same time. I've rented twice from Access London and will definitely rent from them again. My requirements were different both times and they were able to find me what I was looking for and made the process very easy. Never had any problems even when I had I wasn't happy about some issue they were quick to resolve it. Well recommended

I rented a room for 3 months and it was fine at first, no problems at all. However, when it comes to returning the deposit I saw myself suddenly finding out that there was a charge if I wanted the deposit to be returned to the very same account (which was Spanish and there were no issues until now) I recommend to read the contract carefully before signing anything. Despite everything, Sushen (the person I contacted) was extremely kind and worried all the time (I have to mention as well there as a miscommunication between the company and I), so this was super helpful. Thanks to him, everything ended much easier and faster that what I would have been.
