At first time they listened me enough good. But now I feel they are not understanding or trying to understand my concern. May be they are fed up of my treatment?

After all, the issues and difficulties you face, you are the only person who knows what a big matter this is. To others people, it’s might be just a boring story and simple thing. Doctors, meds are just formalities ?

At first I thought going here was the right decision as all received the support I need as am telling with a lot and going through so much yes there is a few nice staff there but I been going there for all most a year and you have not helped me in any way I have had to do nothing but fight at every turn to get the support I need and still never got it I even got my MP and the ombudsman and had crisis skyline involved and still got nothing I made 2 complaints against council and social services and still waiting a response and the environment at this place is often chaos and I believe it's a big part because we are not getting supported I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate the services in Scotland are on the knees and it's nothing but a blessing game I have never seen the systems in such a mess and to have to wait up to 5 years to get a flat in Edinburgh is shocking despite having high priority been housed in temp accommodation with no facilities and all kind of people fulled by drugs and alcoho this is how the systems treats people 3 and a half years i been trying to get support and all most 2 years waiting for housing what is Edinburgh council/ NHS Lothian/ the Scottish government doing about fixing the broken symptoms.

A medal should be awarded to every member of staff for all that they do ?
In the middle of a homeless crisis that is worse than it's ever been. This creates more demand with people needing the supports that TAP offer and have done for years. When faced with a choice in life, choose kindness. If life takes a sudden turn and you find yourself without a home to call your own, choose The Access Place ?

At first I found everyone so nice and helpful.
I had a one to one with a doctor who was rude and wouldn't even listen to my health questions and she made a mistake but wouldn't admit to it.
All the other Doctors have been extremely pleasant and helpful.
I've had several mistakes with prescriptions and they were just rude and obnoxious, I understand that they maybe busy but when dealing with the public in this sector some compassion might help.
I have owned shops and worked individually with people since I was sixteen, if I spoke or made mistakes like this I'd of been sacked.
It's easy to be nice or fake nice.

The staff saved my life. I received the most wonderful support from really dedicated, caring people who got me through a really difficult time when I found myself struggling with alcoholism and ended up homeless in a seemingly hopeless situation. The staff helped focus me to find a purpose in life. I am so grateful for the treatment I received and I didn’t feel judged or bad about myself when dealing with staff. Doneil the psychiatric nurse really helped me change my life around and I’ve had great support from him and nurses John and Jessie. Help is there if you really want it and I’d encourage anyone to reach out and be free from the chains of addiction.
