One of the best bookstores in the city for selection. And of course corporate is deciding to shut it down. It's almost as if when something is exceptional they must shut down an get rid of it.

Visited this Chapters for some seasonal gift shopping .... This store has variety of good stuff hard to choose but the employee named Ayra was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this store and it meets all my needs for books and gifts, though the customer service is poor. I just had an uncomfortable and unfriendly checkout experience at the till, where the lady was very short with me and didn't even bother moving the basket between us so I can pick up the items smoothly from her. I don't understand why she couldn't move the basket for me while my hands were full so the exchange could be easier. I left the store upset.

It’s very spacious, I do feel like this location has more stuff then the other locations. But the staff were friendly and helpful.
