I have recently graduated from the LVN program. Throughout my journey, support I received from the VN staff has being the key success. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of the extra tutoring opportunities provided.These resources, combined with the back up strengths of the Anaheim campus. Have truly set high standards in the Vocational Nursing Program.

I went to the school a few years back in 2016 I had a teacher named Mrs. Hoge who was absolutely horrible tried to make me look stupid in front of all the students all the time, anytime I had a question she spent a few seconds with me without explaining anything to me, it got to the point where I said screw this and I dropped out because they wouldn’t give me a new teacher! After telling them I felt harassed by their teacher.. I came to the campus today so that way I could look into giving them another chance and look into doing the LVN program and maybe even the medical assisting program again just to be told I have balance that I didn’t even know I had with them of almost $4,000!. Then they tell me I have to pay either half of it to do the MA course again or 5% of it if I do the LVN course and if I finish LVN they will dismiss whatever else is owed! First of all, you guys are lucky that I am even thinking about giving you a second chance after what happened. Second of all. I was never told that if I came back within the five years after dropping out, I can leave off where I left off, I found this out today!!!! This is unacceptable that u guys don’t tell student this. These courses are not cheap at all. To begin with when I first went to that school I didn’t even want to do medical assistant, the administrative assistant. Kept insisting and convincing me to do it. Also, I found out the pay for it after you graduated wasn’t even worth it. So a little advice if a student goes in there next time wanting to do a specific course. Don’t try to convince them to do some thing else it’s highly unprofessional plus u would think u would want more money. Personally, I don’t feel like I should have to pay back a dime of that after what was done to me! So maybe if you guys could work something out with me and dismissing wat I apparently owe completely! I will think about going to you guys and not concord college or somewhere else. If not I’m fine going somewhere else and giving THEM my business.

I couldn’t do the mean girl clicks and drama. The lvn program is stressful itself, and don’t get on the lvn director bad side she will try her best to get you out the program. Mr. Lee was dope, and Dr. Emamy was easy.

Paid almost $20,000 for a certificate in Medical assisting, that I’m not even utilizing!! They placed me in a chiropractor’s office for my externship.. Where I wasn’t able to do injections, blood draws… and other things we were taught. I barely did vitals!! Total waste of my time!! Graduated with honors and worked my butt off for nothing!! Later I talk to other people I went to school with and they said the same thing happen to them! The only good thing I can say about ACC is they were very good at teaching all things that are needed to learn! But if I could do it over I wouldn’t that’s for sure!!

My son goes to the LVN program and he always complains about how unorganized the management is. An administrator resigned because she was allowing students to cheat on the exit exam. This school is a circus. My advise is to send your children to another school. Save your money. 0/10 recommended.

In all honesty, I can agree with many of the bad reviews on here, but not all instructors are bad. I will also say that some of the staff are actually trying to help the students get the best experience, but there is only so much they can do to help you out. This school is more about the politics rather than the actual education. I had like three instructors before getting the best instructor they can have. I never really learned to check a patient’s blood pressure until two modules before extern. Mind you, the weekend before I began my program I had cholecystectomy surgery done and I managed to drive myself there, and after letting them know I had it done they never told me there was an elevator and i kept going up the flight of stairs carrying a heavy backpack. Regardless of everything I went through I managed getting to class. I loved my experience on campus and I truly believed I had found my passion. It got to the point it felt like they were doing the most to drop me from my class, but I kept pushing and I got off SAP and manage to get to extern. Let’s just say that we were advised that once we were in extern we weren’t happy with the site to let them know and they would find something. It was all lies. I emailed them about me getting another site and finishing my extern, but coincidentally the person in charge was never in and in result they dropped me because I reached the allotted time to complete my program. Now I’m stuck with a loan and no degree.

Wish I would have chosen another school & listened to others experiences, they change instructors frequently. They don’t care if you are harassed by other students. They will say something is fixed just to keep you silent. The dean doesn’t do anything even when it was brought up to her attention. The only thing I’m grateful for meeting Virginia that works at the school & the people I’ve met during my career after leaving this place.

This school is worse than cancer. Holly Long ( director of lv program) and administration does not care about your future. The director HOLLY can request documents that does NOT exist to disqualify you under any circumstances. DO NOT go here if you want a future. Don’t be fooled by Administration on admission. HOLLY LONG “ DIRECTOR OF VN” was unprofessional during our private conversation. Please don’t be fooled.
