I had a problem with my well. Water was spurting out of the ground right at the well pump head. I called several plumbers to fix it but none of them were not able to help. I called Access Water and spoke with one of the owners. He told me he would get someone over to me very shortly. About 15 minutes later and Jeremiah was here. He assessed the situation and told me what needed to be done. It was too late to do anything that day but he promised he would be back first thing in the morning. Right on time he showed up and started the job. It took a lot of digging and a lot of time down in that hole to fix the problem. In about 2 hours he had the parts replaced the hole backfilled and the water was back on. Jerimiah returned when he said he would, fixed the problem and was finished in minimum time. I like it when a person gives me his word and then honors it. This man came to my home, figured out what he had to do and got it done. I highly recommend Access Water to anyone having problem with their well. They are trustworthy, friendly, answered my questions and did what he said he would do. They are the best, number 1 in my book.

I called access water with a huge problem we had very little water and loosing pressure the shallow well was going dry with no rain here since July 2024 Buck quickly applied for an emergency DEP permit and within days was here drilling us a new well he also was extremely considerate with the financial part you definitely don’t see that now and days I highly recommend Buck and his crew they all professionals and down to earth men thank you so much

Jeremiah and Buck are absolutely amazing. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and how promptly we were helped with our Well installation. Prices are fair and we will use Access Water for any well issues we may deal with in the future.

Had such a great experience using Access Water. Our well was hit and the pump became stuck. Jerimiah was very honest and informative about our options in saving the existing well/ having to drill a new one. Great communication and has been very helpful anytime I have reached out since with questions or to retest our water. Trusted the service 100% Price was fair. Would definitely recommend!

Jeremiah and Buck were outstanding. They quickly troubleshot my well system and ending up replacing my well pump, controller, pressure tank, and associated plumbing quickly and correctly the first time.

We used Access Water to install a new well and pump on our EHT property this summer. Bucky and Jeremiah were fantastic to work with and were highly professional, making sure we had the well we needed. Called at 11:30 pump not putting out enough pressure. Jeremiah was here at12:15 installed new pump works great. Best experience and reasonable prices.
