I had a fantastic experience with Royal Tech and Laptops! My Asus laptop was completely damaged after falling, with the screen and body broken. I initially thought I’d have to buy a new laptop, but after visiting Royal Tech and getting a quote, I decided to proceed with the repair despite the cost. The parts took a few days to arrive, but once they did, the team completed the repair the same day. When I picked up my laptop, I was amazed—it looked brand new! The quality of the repair was top-notch, and they even took the time to explain the condition of the motherboard and the dust buildup inside. They showed me pictures of my motherboard before the repair, which I really appreciated. As a bonus, they did a full inspection and service of my laptop. On top of all this, they offered me a 15% discount on the final price! I’m beyond happy with the result and would highly recommend Royal Tech for anyone needing quality repair services or looking to purchase a laptop with confidence. 5 stars all the way!

My review is purely business related not for anyone personal in the store!
Extremely Sorry! I am changing my rating and views! They are only providing good costumer services until you are at their store and buying devices. Just bought laptop yesterday and called today to check one simple thing. They straight away mentioned,
“Once the device is out from store we are not responsible” this statement creates lots of question marks for me!!
They should have at least some decency for customers who are buying products and generate revenue for their store. I understand and respect policies but own your product and costumer’s post questions with polite attitude. Rather saying “ once product is out of store and we are not responsible”
Retain your customers rather loosing them.
Moreover, they mentioned we provide warranty for software etc etc.. but even don’t own their words!
So changing my views from “Excellent customer service! Highly recommended” to “Absolutely Not Recommended…”
