Where other companies quoted months to get the TV I wanted, Century Sound had it within the week. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and the service techs who did the install were capable and quick. This was useful as they came at lunch and I didn't have to take any time off work. I'm located out of town and this didn't prove to be an issue. Overall great experience, would recommend!

Yesterday, my old AVR imploded! I love good sound! At 11am I called. Chris found a system suitable for my room. It was installed by 3pm. Chris and John did a wonderful job! Neat, tidy, and took the old system and speakers with them. It was such a pleasure to have two young people respect the wishes of an old one! Thank you, Chris, John and Matt! The sound is wonderful!!!

Came all the way from etobicoke to buy a deck that only they had in stock pretty much across Ontario. Upon getting there turned out that it’s a small world & had mutual friends! Met Matt & what an amazing guy. I would make the 2 hour drive again just to hang out & buy something small. He also ships fast! Check out Century Sound you won’t be disappointed!!! (also got a t shirt which made it more worth the drive) thanks again Matt!!

I have dealt with Century Sound since 1992 when the store opened for television products and sound equipment. I have received excellent service and quality products. Today I had a vehicle "auto start" installed in the service department. Sam completed the install and it looked like it was from the factory. Sam was courteous and completed all the necessary adjustments that were required. Once again I was very pleased with the service and quality of product I purchased. I would recommend Century Sound on Talbot Street to anyone looking for audio, video or service. Keep up the excellent work.

Had a great experience with Matt and Kris this week looking for a remote for an elderly couple and the service I received was amazing. Not only were they willing to look and see what they had they gave instructions and really helped in a pinch.The customer service was top notch and definitely appreciate going local and able to talk to someone in person willing to help and they were so kind. Thanks again definitely go to century sound and ask for Matt or kris!

I have done business with Matt and his team for years. They provide Great Service, always get things done quickly and professionally . I had them set up my house with a wireless sound system and it was a very easy process. I just told them over the phone what I wanted and they installed it and set it up with really very little input from me and it turned out perfectly. I just called with some questions and even though the store is closed due to COVID19, Matt was still there answering phones just to help people out with questions like mine. Great service, and I would recommend Century sound to anyone!
