I recently had an Apple CarPlay screen installed in my car at CarPhonix, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Gatlin went out of his way to source the exact screen I wanted, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The installation was seamless, professional, and done with great attention to detail. They even called to follow up the next day to make sure I was happy and that everything was working perfectly with no issues. I don't even know where to start... exceptional quality of items, workmanship, and overall very polite and courteous. Price was very very reasonable, I was quoted $1400 for the same job at another shop, these guys made it happen for less than half of that! Not to mention how insanely quick they got it all done!! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.. very impressed.

Gatlin and his team are amazing. Super polite and very friendly. I have a 2017 Smart car that had no Apple car play and I brought it in to get the screen installed. They outsourced the parts from UK, got me booked and installed everything so fast! I am so happy! Everything looks like it belongs there. I am coming back for more mods on all my vehicles. And I highly highly highly recommend you check them out. Because I never had a better experience than here, even at my own Mercedes dealership!

Dev and his guys fixed me up first rate. Had my backup camera display stolen so needed a new system. They said they could install something that would be better than the old one and even make some improvements on that. Ended up with a top of the line system that is just like what is sold in new cars today, It all fit into my dashboard perfectly. That was all done in half a day. Must say they do excellent work there! Thanks, Tom

I am not happy with this service. I bought a Compustar system 3 years ago paid over 800.00 for the unit. The car starter stopped working last month. Everything else still works on the fob. So I took it in where I bought it to see what was wrong. They tried to talk me into a new module for over 400.00. I said no. But they put one anyway, and it still did not work. An hour later they came back said we don't know why it will not start you car, maybe a wire issue, and then charged me just over 107.00 to look at it. It still lock and unlocks with the fob just will not start the car. Hard to believe it is a wire issue. My opinion if you sell them you should be able to troubleshoot problem (or direct the people to someone who can) not just try and sell another unit. I mean why would I want to buy something from the same place 🤔 I would not recommend this company to anyone. Over all I felt they did not car about the person just making the next sale.

I went here and got new speakers and a sub installed in my car. I put a 1 star review on here with 0 written review. I feel as though I should justify the rating as I just finally got the problem repaired. I paid a pretty penny for their services, not an issue as they came highly recommended. Everything went great, from picking out the speakers to drop off and pick up. I have 0 issue with the employees or the equipment. My issue was, when I picked up the vehicle, my airbag light was on. Never before did I have a light on my dash until I picked it up. When I asked them about this, they said it was on when I dropped the vehicle off. Well little do they know, that whenever I drop off my car anywhere, I always take a picture of my kms and dash with their business in the background. I ensure there is also a time stamp on the photo. They scanned my vehicle and tried to delete the code it was throwing. Other than that they denied everything and said it was like that. The gentleman who I'm assuming is the owner was rude and said it's not his problem. I left as I realized there is no point in arguing with them I will never get anywhere. I got my car fixed and found out that when they were running wires through my dashboard for the system, they somehow cut or tore the sensors for my airbag and that's why it was throwing a code. I got it fixed and went on about my life. They also somehow put kms on my car when it was there...and not a couple....quite a few. Not sure why. I would be cautious when going here. I wouldn't trust that they won't make mistakes and not take any accountability for it. Take pictures of your car and be careful. The speakers sound great. Unfortunately they don't want to take accountability and all they had to do was open the dash up again and they would have seen their mistake. It would have saved me money and I would have left a satisfied customer. I don't care that you guys made a mistake....everyone does we are human. I care about what you do to correct it. You guys did nothing. Even with the picture you didn't care. I don't get angry, I just won't ever do business with you again. Hopefully your new customers will take more care in protecting themselves before handing over their keys to you guys. I'm not the first customer this has happened to and I won't be the last.

Got my ‘24 mustang sound system upgraded by these guys. Fantastic job, subs pound. Clean install, fairly priced and keep me up to date to any changes or issues that arouse. Well defiantly be back to upgrade the rest of the speaker in the future
