Jennifer in the printing area waited on me to print 1 file 30 copies & a manager helped me print the other file 3 copies. I am so mad. She Kept waiting on 10 other people & left me begging for her to help me finish my 2 simple print jobs at the self copier that even she couldn’t get to work. There were like 15 steps and the bar code scanner wasn’t working very well. You have to download to your phone then wait for a bar code & print release code and it didn’t show which document was which and she kept leaving me. Then she took 5 more people in line and I insisted she finish helping me and she told me she doesn’t have to help with the self copiers. I said if you couldn’t figure it out & you work here how am I suppose to figure it out without completely helping me. I have my daughter’s birthday party today & I had to then wait for the manager to help me print the 2nd job which took him 2 minutes. Because of her stupidity of not helping the customer who got there 1st instead going back & helping 10 who came after me I lost 1 hour time I needed to go get the party arrangements made!
The manager said he would talk to her.

I purchased a laptop and printer from Staples. The Assistant Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. I save a good amount of money with their rewards program. I encourage everyone to check out their store after checking other stores. their reward programs are really worth it.

My grandson and myself picked out a beautiful gaming chair at Staples. The employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to find the right item for you. Highly recommend Staples we r very happy for the help of their employees and their knowledge of their gaming chairs and actually they could answer any question about the items they sell at Staples.

Bad bad bad services. La mujer del departamento de copias no te atiende de buena manera.
El supervisor Roux , no tiene atención con los clientes , yo fui a ese staples a laminar una hoja porque por desgracia en Office depot n lo hacen de ese tamaño y el muy basura me dijo que tenía que virar en una hora o regresar mañana. Y el estuvo todo el tiempo que yo estuve ahí trabajando en ese departamento y no le dió su regalada gana de laminar me una hoja de 9 x 11.
Porque hay tantas personas así , no entiendo , cuando están ahí para atender a los clientes.

Very clean, organized store with a good selection, and well-stocked. I've also used the Print Center for several products, and have been very pleased - easy upload/order, products were good and exactly as expected, and available ahead of schedule (with notification).

I went to return a few items at Staples and there was a white lady behind me with only 2 small items to return. The “supervisor”, Nico (assuming he gave me the correct name; I was there on 6/24 around 4pm) just came and grabbed the scanner from the other employee and said, I’m going to process her return because she doesn’t have that many items. I understand that we had more items and I was more than ok with him processing her returns first. However, the way that this so called supervisor handled it was uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. I didn’t want to make a scene in front of the other customer but when I was done, I went to him and told him that his behavior was very poor and rude. He just walked away and said ok. He could not even apologize for his behavior because I don’t deserve it. If staples has a policy to disrespect black customers and prioritize white customers, make sure it is communicated properly so I can stay away. This #racist #whitepivilege behavior is disgusting!
