Abt Electronics is hands down my favorite store. The shopping experience here is simply unparalleled. Not only do they offer an incredible selection of products, but the entire store is absolutely stunning. Every visit is a delight, and it’s more than just shopping—it’s an experience you need to see for yourself to truly appreciate.

When my kids were younger, they would get excited just to visit Abt because it’s that much fun. The customer service is exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist. I’ve found their philosophy of ‘the answer is always yes to any reasonable request’ to be true time and time again. They offer fantastic guarantees, great service, and efficient delivery. Plus, their team is incredibly knowledgeable.

At Abt, you can buy anything with confidence, knowing you’ll have the best service and guarantee backing it up. I highly recommend this store!

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a delivery. There was a problem in the beginning because the sales person didn't listen to my concerns. We had major problems when they originally came to deliver. But Michael on truck run 2041 was so understanding and so patient with me about the entire situation. He told me not to worry that Abt doesn't just sell you items and that's it. He assured me that Abt would work me with me to get it right. AND THEY DID! I'm so happy with all of my appliances. Anges was also a God sent. When I came to the store to figure out what I could get to replace the first delivery, she was the best. She listened, held my hand, and even helped me measure items to ensure we would not have another mishap. I went in to get a microwave and a range. I was so happy with her level of professionalism, not to just sale me anything, I also purchased a dishwasher. If I need anything for the my home I'm most definitely coming to ABT. THANKS, M.S.

We purchased a new washer and dryer at this store. Our sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and showed us to a pair that was exactly what we needed and wanted to spend. Even better was their delivery service. We were given a 10:30 a m to 12:30 p m window; they arrived at 10:25, performed the install and were gone by 11 a m. They were friendly and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

We have been a Customer of ABT Electronics for over 40+ years! The Customer Service is exemplary! It helps to know what you are looking for, otherwise, you can become easily distracted by all the "shiny" things! I recommend shopping during the week versus a weekend. Because ABT offers so many different items and brands, it can be a wait before a Salesperson can assist you on a weekend. I am not sure if Customers come on the weekend exclusively to buy or indulge in the FREE chocolate chip cookies?
Scout out the Candy Store for a super fresh sweet treat before you purchase an item. After you make your purchase for the actual item(s) you came to purchase, ABT will give you a coupon for the Candy Store. It's a little $$$ but they have the freshest bulk candy items. I splurged on the gummy Dinosaurs. They were excellent!
I recently got to take a tour with the Store's GM: Rich Rene who provided 1 1/2 hours of valuable info to us Coldwell Banker Realtors. I actually learned several things which I did not know about including oven cleaning and dishwasher filters.

I ordered a Tissot watch at "Time", at ABT electronics, they didn't have that specific model in stock, so ordered online and I received it in 2 weeks. Salesperson William helped me with the watch band, and removed 2 links so it fits well. I am happy with the purchase and the watch. Will return again, to get a few other models, and maybe another band for my watch.

The delivery was top notch! The team was professional, friendly and took care of every detail.

I was the first delivery of the route and I got a call when they were 30 minutes out. I had all four of my kitchen appliances removed and replaced with my new Whirlpool package. This included 17 stairs and taking off the entry door so the refrigerator fit!

They reviewed details and tips on each one with me and made sure I had all the required owners and warranty information before they left.

Can’t say enough about the great service and am thrilled with my new kitchen appliances. One of team came back in and saw a suitcase at the bottom of my stairs and asked if he could bring it up for me!! They definitely went the extra mile!

Ben was awesome. He approached me immediately when I walked in the door. The purchase was quick and efficient. I was totally impressed with his kindness. The delivery was lovely. I was notified in the morning stating when my stove would be delivered. They installed it perfectly. They also gave me instructions on how to use it initially.

I'm really impressed with Abt ! After some bad experiences with damaged appliances and poor service with other stores like Lowe's, Best Buy etc.. I finally did an over the phone purchase with Abt for a dishwasher . The sales person Nick was very helpful and I had a dishwasher within the week. Their delivery person Chris did the installation. I definitely could tell he was VERY good at his job. I'm very pleased with Abt and their warranty plans too.I can honestly say that if I ever have to replace an appliance again I'm only going to shop here. Everything goes so smooth with them , no
headaches.
I'm never going to waste my time with those other stores again when it comes to appliances. LIKE I SAID , Abt DEFINITELY IMPRESSED ME.
