We were so overwhelmed with all the equipment that was dropped off at our house but thankfully the VERY professional and knowledgeable driver made this transition smoothly. The driver took his time and explained everything to us and answered every question we had which made it so simple.

Had a great experience with Access 2 Care. They answered all my questions professionally and when it came down to delivering and setting up equipment I couldn’t of been any happier. They go through step by step on how to operate bed, O2 machine, alternating pressure mattress and when they left my mind was at easy. I had a power outage a week after delivery and couldn’t use the Oxygen machine and their On Call driver I think his name was Camillo delivered 2 back up oxygen tanks do I wouldn’t have to work. Thanks Access to Care!
