EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE AND COMPANY! Sandra, the woman of Polish background had a job interview with me on Thursday. Second part of the interview was supposed to take place today. Apparently with her and another manager. She DID NOT SEND ME THE LINK. THE INTERVIEW DIDN'T HAPPEN. I sent her a message, no reply. I called her , she refused my phone call.

Krish Pattani from Access went above and beyond in helping get me a fixed rate deal in these uncertain times of high interest rates. My case was not straightforward at all, and he did have to clear up the mess a previous broker had made with my previous mortgage deal but Krish advised me on everything and actually did everything he said he would. He is very friendly, approachable and helpful, would recommend him to everyone but especially to anyone new to mortgages, properties please speak to him as he will guide you along the way with everything.

What I like most about Andy is that when faced with complications with a mortgage application, he always seeks a viable solution or set of alternative options to present the customer with - this is not something others always do. His knowledge and awareness of the market seems to give him a competitive edge. I have never been required to tell or provide Andy with the same information twice, he is extremely good at capturing his clients' individual position, which makes the customer experience that much better. As a client, you feel sure that Andy is paying attention to every aspect of your circumstances - I cannot describe just how important this is.

Andy is also very quick and never sits on anything - efficiency is clearly something he takes very seriously. Andy is extremely fair and anyone that may consider approaching him should feel safe in the knowledge that they are in trusted hands in every sense.

I was told to speak to Andy from Access Financial Services when trying to buy my dream home, and was immediately informed I couldn't get a mortgage because of a missed payment amounting to £40. I assumed I could just not buy at all for years because of this missed payment, but within two months, I got a mortgage offer through HSBC with absolutely no issues.

Unfortunately due to being advised that I could get absolutely no mortgage by Access Financial, I had missed out on buying a house that I fell in love with. Luckily, I found another property and have since bought a house, but the negligent guidance from Access Financial almost made me give up.

I had absolutely no issues or hiccups getting a mortgage directly with the bank (and with reasonable interest rates), despite being told that I couldn't get a mortgage at all. It became very clear after getting a 5-year fixed mortgage secured with HSBC, that very little effort was made from Access Financial Services to actually provide me with correct information and advise. I hope they learn from this experience and do not let this happen to any other clients.
