Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. I have previously had my front door locks changed by this company - they are absolutely brilliant and friendly too. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Absolutely amazing services from these guys. Would definitely recommend these guys again.

After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house.

What was already a stressful situation for me, was made easier by their calmness and not putting pressure on me to find money there and then as my bank cards were also stolen. Not all heroes wear capes.

Really easy to deal with company and friendly staff. Was able to text photos of the problem and very quick to issue a quote with excellent advice on making my property more secure. Two days later and the job was done with great extra security on the back gate and they cleaned up after themselves as well! Definitely recommended!

The LOVELIEST people you could ever hope to meet - I had a sofa delivered and quickly realised I would need to take my front window out to get it in. My partner popped in to Access Lock and Safe to see if they had a suitable tool for the job and a wonderfully kind hearted member of staff actually accompanied us back to the property and helped us take the window out. He went above and beyond and helped us get the sofa in as well as replacing the window afterwards - all for no charge!!
I honestly cannot express my gratitude for these wonderful folks, truly impeccable service and now have 2 loyal customers for life 🙂
