First time renter.
I met Eric and he was exceptionally helpful, Very informative, professional.

Like he was my friend type of feel, Very Rare.
But I was satisfied and if you didn't give this guy a raise yet or if he is due for one, I think you guys should consider him a pay increase because it's a no Brainer.
