Lost Shipment | Looks like I will never receive the Barbie Touchscreen Smartwatch for my niece.

Tried to buy a Barbie Touchscreen Smartwatch via Amazon on December 9, 2024 as a gift for my niece. The shipper, Accutime Watch Corporation states via Amazon, "Wednesday, December 11, Package left the shipper facility. UPS tracks that a label was created on 12/11/2024, 7:34 A. M.; but, says it, " doesn't have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."

Amazon states, "we're sorry for the delay. If you have not received your package by December 24, you can come back here the next day for a refund."

I guess I'll be back for my refund on December 25, 2024, Christmas Day.

This company is not what i thought it was. Had to change my post after waiting weeks and still waiting to get any answers about the watch that was sent to them for repairs. I do understand that they may have many repairs to do but this not having any way to talk to a person after you sent your item is really crazy. It has been too long to this. Please send you watch back to me even if you have not repaired it!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This feels like it could be a scam company. I brought a watch over a month ago at a store and it never worked. I opened a non functioning watch and was very disappointed. I called the number on the website for over a week leaving voicemails because no one ever answered the phone (no matter what time of day it was or what day it was), I also sent multiple emails. I got an email back apologizing & asking for 2 weeks to send out a replacement watch but they didn't ask for my mailing information and never emailed me back after that. Basically I feel scammed out of my money. This is very unprofessional. Maybe someone should investigate this company because the other reviews seem to be saying similar things about defective products they are knowingly selling and not replacing or refunding.

I bought 2 different watches and both worked for 2 days! Only ! the store I bought them from put new batteries in them I watched them do this. I’m very disappointed!!! I would never buy accutime quartz again! Walmart sells them!

After unboxing I had found a watch with damaged belt of this company. I tried to contact with them but no response. I am very much unhappy with the services. I am most annoyed that I wasted my time by writing a complaint letter to them. No great services. Where is the 10 yrs warranty for defective material ?

No Customer service available! I emailed 3 weeks ago for assistance with I watch I have still waiting for a response. I have tried calling their phone number listed for 2 weeks now multiple times a day, customer service is always busy left 2 voice mails still no return call. When I try the operator they are not available and the operator has a voice mail.. really an operator with a voice mail hmmm what is the point? I get we are all busy and short staffed, but I do think I have been patient. Will not buy from them as no customer support is available.
