I had better instore service here than from Visions (huge ripoff, sold me something dead out of the box) but not impressed on follow up. I've been left with ghost emails for months between Advance, going direct to Cambridge Audio and now their Canadian warranty servicing when really I believe the store should be honouring their warranties for products purchased new. They stopped answering emails and I'm left with a half-broken product after spending thousands on home audio here.

Excellent service, Jeff in car audio is fantastic. He doesn’t try to upsell you, but does a great job of working within your budget. After the installation he walked me through the setup of the stereo, and made sure that I was confusing it before I left. I would highly recommend Advance for any and all electronics for your home or vehicle.

Called to check for speaker stands. They did call me back after 1 hour, but I was left waiting with no signs of checking in my initial call (I cut it after 5 minutes). Would’ve appreciated if they told me I would get a call back. Picked up quickly and tried. So that’s 4 stars.

John and Adam will take care of you when you have a problem with your TV. I got a Samung Tv in May 2024 and in September 2024. It crapped out on me and even though Samsung were taking their sweet time getting back to me these guys spead up the process and made sure I was exchanged as fast as possible! Thanks again for your guys service!

3rd car we have had a stereo installed in. Always great work and with the install today the tech even cleaned up the cable for my backyard dash cam install.

I went there. I was confused about the sounds of the car and they gave me a good idea and I accepted, but after the installation I was surprised by the sound. It was very very very excellent I advise everyone who wants more bass in the car I advise to go and the customer service was very nice and good They have excellent experience in Composition I thank you very much

Excellent all the way around.
Riley and David did a great job building the right boat audio system and David did a great job installing Had a minor hiccup (which was not their fault) and they addressed it perfectly.

Would use them for anything to do with audio systems.
