Là vous trouverez tout ce que vous chercher provenant de l´Afrique comme l´igname, le pilon, le mortier, des produits cosmétique africaine et des articles d´art. Au cours de mes séjours à Berlin c´est la boutique que j´ai aimé le plus et je pas beaucoups de temps là.

It is one of the best African boutique here in Berlin. There you will find everything you are looking for from Africa like yam, pestle, mortar, African cosmetics and art items. During my stays in Berlin is the shop that I liked the most and I did not have much time there.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE work done by the owner here! On a visit to Berlin from San Francisco, CA, I was short on time and looking for someone that could repair my locs for a video shoot I was in town for. After searching and calling around places for hours, I came to this small shop and asked if she could do my hair. She looked at my hair carefully, explained what she would do, and booked me an appointment for just a few hours later. I did NOT expect such great results! She retwisted using crochet/interlocking method, crochet tightened/repairs each loc itself, and palm rolled some nourishing water/oil mix into each loc. I showed up with frizzy, puzzy, and dry locs and left with neat, even, perfectly done locs! So satisfied and the best loc service I’ve receive anywhere (normally have my locs done in San Francisco and Paris). She was also very cute and friendly, gave me great advice on Berlin, and made me feel very welcome. I see some reviews saying she is rude but I can’t imagine that - if you come in polite there NO way she’d be rude. I 1000% recommend for hair and product needs. Thank you!!

I went to get my hair twisted and the lady did a phenomenal job. The twists were tight, and she used a good amount of product so my hair wouldn't look too dry.

But not only that, she was very kind and professional, and she even stayed open late just to serve me. I went late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend, and she asked me to come back the next week. When I mentioned I'd be out of town, she offered to stay open late just to help me out. I really appreciate her kindness, and the job she did with my hair is top notch. I will definitely come back next time I visit Berlin

Very rude, not customer friendly and bad behaviour. I went in there yesterday because I needed some hair products and some clothing materials. I asked how much for sow in and the owner replied very very rudely saying that I can't ask her such questions, she is working....the funny thing is that she hasn't even started doing the clients hair yet! I just decided to walk out and found a more friendly place to do my hair. The least she can do is mention the price instead of getting into ultercations with þpotential customers
Any recommendations where i can buy African cloths please?.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig und eine menge an Kultur gibt es hier auch zu erkunden. Mir persönlich tat es kaum weh, da sich in diesem Afro-Shop wirklich Meister befinden .Im Endeffekt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem neuen Sommerlook, weil das Resultat genauso aussah, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von dieser Kunst, weil ich somit einen neuen weg fand mich auszudrücken, da ich eine neue art des stylings entdeckt habe und mich zum ersten mal wohl gefühlt habe beim Friseur in Deutschland. Weil die Preise sehr fair sind, hinterließ ich ein gutes Trinkgeld in „Lil Africa of Börlin“ und natürlich musste ich mir ein paar Plantain Chips gönnen als Snack für unterwegs. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal !!!

as an english speaker, I wasn’t sure whether i could get my ideas across to the owner of the shop, i wanted and got dreadlocks, and honestly couldn’t be any happier.
the owner has a very calm yet welcoming vibe, and after many years of wanting dreads I don’t think any other place would have done it any better.
stayed back after work hours to complete the dreads and still took her time to make sure each strand of hair was done to perfection

The lady was incredibly rude, offered zero customer service and seemed impatient and irritable with a simple inquiry about a food item I wanted to buy. She kept braiding a customer silently even when I was ready to pay for that item. I had to politely ask how long she expected me to wait as I needed to catch a train after standing for 10min or so until she told me I was not standing next to the till so she didn’t know what I was doing, then she proceeded to call out the amount, knowing very well she would still have to give me my change after my payment. I would have been happy to wait if she had behaved professionally and politely. I wanted to ask about products as well as braiding services so asked to see her customer’s hair and she rudely declined. I wasn’t attempting to hover or touch the client’s head. How else do you expect to market your talents? Anyway, as the sole employee in that shop it falls on you to cater to people and to ask for their patience if you are otherwise occupied. Disgusting, unnecessary behaviour from one African to another. For the sake of your business, learn some etiquette. For the sake of your personality, learn some manners.
