I have always very bad experiences especially from the frond desk staffs.I usually picks up parts from the london and the hamilton,not so often comes to Hamilton.London staffs are so friendly and always ready to help customers,i always have very bad experiences from hamilton location because most of the staff are so rude especially the lady always yell at me ,even if i show all the order number and details she asks me for some other random informations .really bad experiences all the time and doesn’t even likes to come here in Hamilton.

Very professional and helpful staff. They don’t care if you are a contractor or not and will help their best to get you the part you are looking for. ? HVAC guy wanted 1200$ to replace this. Did it my self thanks to Amre for 406$

Went to this place with my friend because he was getting parts for his drier. I was standing beside my friend. This paranoid woman freaked out . Told me to back away and stand back. She was so rood . OMFG , I couldn't believe it. I would NEVER Step foot in this place or buy anything from here.

excellent service - this was my first time ordering from Amre Supply. Placed my order online Thursday and delivered next day!! Exactly as ordered online. I needed replacement prefilters for my Honeywell electronic air cleaner and couldn't find same product on Amazon - pricing was more reasonable as Amazon also wanted duty fees to ship from the USA - so very happy I found Amre and noted they have a retail store on Brockley Drive in Hamilton

This is not my first time visiting the Hamilton Amre location, but unfortunately, I find myself having to come here occasionally due to its convenient location. However, I make every effort to avoid this store as much as possible, and I'll explain why.

One of the major issues I have encountered at this store is the significant wait time. On multiple occasions, I have found myself standing in line for an extended period, with no more than two people ahead of me. It takes an excessive 30-40 minutes before I finally get a chance to place my order. This kind of delay is not only frustrating but also indicates a lack of efficiency in the store's operations.

Moreover, I have noticed that the employees at this location are slow and unhelpful. Whenever I've sought assistance, whether it's inquiring about a specific part like Supco or asking for recommendations on other nearby locations or stores, I have been met with unresponsiveness and a lack of helpfulness. Comparing this to your competitors, who not only provide excellent customer service but also guide customers to alternative sources if they don't have the required part or aftermarket, the difference is stark. Even when I compare this Hamilton Amre store to other Amre locations, it falls short in terms of customer service.

I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in establishing a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, the Hamilton Amre store disappoints in this aspect. Improving the efficiency of operations and training employees to be more helpful and attentive to customers' needs would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience at this location.

In conclusion, I must express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service and inefficiency exhibited at the Hamilton Amre store. As a customer who values quality service, I hope that necessary steps are taken to address these issues and improve the overall experience for future visitors.

Bring in young people to the store, they are faster and more attentive.
