Parking was a little difficult because it’s mostly valet in front by I parked in garage and walked there it took less than 10 min to get there. It’s located at the main entrance on the opposite side of Cheesecake Factory. Great staff! Had an appt but they asked me if I needed help immediately and the vibe was really nice! Staff was very friendly too! Recommend this Apple Store!

I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store in Dadeland Mall today, and it was all thanks to Carlos. From the moment I walked in, Carlos greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs. He was knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to listen to my questions and provide thorough answers.

On Saturday 15/2024 went to this place to address a Face ID issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Other than this issue my phone was impeccable, no scratches, no dents. I always keep my phones in a very good condition. They ran a test and confirmed there was a problem with the true depth camera, the replacement was quoted at $169.0, I accept and then walked around the mall to wait about an hour to pick up the repaired phone.
She came to me saying that my phone FaceTime ID issue could not be repaired because there was a sign of liquid damage in the phone showing me a picture of a little rusty tiny screw. My surprise was when I turned on the phone and realized that the screen was showing multiple vertical lines that I could barely see what the screen was really showing. I found signs of damage at the bottom of the screen, maybe when they tried to pull it out get damaged or maybe something else, who knows. They alleged that they are not responsible for any damage caused to my phone and the only thing they can do is to “swap it” after paying $599.99 with a new one. I called the manager to get an explanation and guess what. He literally said a lot of absurd things about trying to justify the wrong doing of his staff. At the end I have no phone, came in with a working phone except for the Face ID issue and went out of an Apple STORE with a useless phone, incredible. Had to go with aftermarket service and they get me a new screen and repaired the Face ID issue. Total value $250.0
I which that any Apple executive can read this and check on this issue which put Apple service in a very bad position. The repair code from that day is R623470752.

Terrible customer service. Set an appointment for a simple repair at 3:50, checked in, and after 30 minutes, I had to go to talk to one of the employees to confirm that I had been correctly checked in. He says that someone will be with me in a minute and another 30 minutes pass, and I still get no attention. Some of the worst customer service that I have seen in any establishment. If you are looking for a quick repair or something simple, just go to another store a few miles from here. It'd take less time to get what you need done than to just sit in the store as others are being helped before you despite arriving after you.

Muy mala atención al cliente, todos tienen caras de muy pocos amigos, no saludan, dejan esperando a la clientela para hacer una compra y la chica del frente no da tiempo de espera, solo dice, espere a que alguien lo atienda en la mesa 3, espere más de 1 hora para que al final que me atendieran dijeran que no tenían el producto en ninguna tienda, que lo pidiera online ?, la tienda si se encuentra en buen estado de limpieza, pero por lo demás no regresaría.

La tienda es enorme como todas las tiendas Apple y siempre está llena, pero tienen un muy buen sistema para anotarte y ser atendido. Si ya sabes lo que vas a comprar puedes salir en 15 min, pero si vas por alguna garantía ve muy temprano o programa tu cita para el día siguiente. Sin embargo todos los empleados son muy amables.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Dadeland Mall, all thanks to Oscar! He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed while purchasing new iPhones. His patience and attentiveness were outstanding—he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Oscar even took the time to demo the Apple Vision Pro for me, which was a fantastic bonus! It’s rare to find service like this these days, and I wish more places had people like him. Highly recommend asking for Oscar if you’re ever at this store!
