Got served by a lovely girl Rebecca today, I lost my receipt from few weeks ago, I bought an EE WiFi box, I have had nothing but a hard time try to set it up through EE. I was dreading going back into Argos with no receipt. Pulled the house apart stressing trying to find it. Rebecca literally found my receipt online within minutes and reserved me a new box. Worst Argos in Scotland to go to I had purchased an item I wasn’t happy with it I wanted to return it it was still in its packaging hadn’t been used I had my receipt as well so I wanted to return however the guy had inspected it and looked at my receipt then had went in the back then came out almost 10 mins later to tell me he can’t do the return because the seal isn’t on which is a joke because I know for a fact they have a seal machine at the back they could have easily done that I don’t understand how you can’t return things even if you have a receipt and it’s not damaged or in a bad condition it was still in its box like brand new and overall poor customer service in general Argos use to be good but it’s gone downhill would avoid or go to a different Argos also if I could give it minus stars I would!

Horrible customer service at Argos braehead. Just came here to collect my order at 5:08pm on the 21st of April and a young blonde employee with a septum piercing was very very rude when the other employee was too busy drinking her energy drink and chatting. What a poor experience, won’t be returning. Manager should work better in training employees to treat customers in a better way.

Ordered and paid in store. Waited for over 20 minutes, to then be told that they don't have the item and they needed to refund my card. Staff were dismissive when asked about the long wait. Choose another Argos if possible.

Thank you very much to Danny at braehead Argos. He helped me so much yesterday when I called into store looking for a receipt from another store from 3 years ago. He was really busy but took time out his busy day to help me on 2 different occasions.Thank you very much you helped me so much and really grateful. I was very stressed and he made sure he helped get what I was looking for after been passed pillar to post from other store and it took a lot of stress away from me. Should be very thankful to have a staff member willing to help a customer. Please make sure this is passed onto him please. What a great member of staff you have he’s a credit to your company

Would give 0 stars if there was one ! Bought a click and collect traveling a long way to get my item at prestwick on collecting the curtain bag was ripped I asked the nice guy at store to write in the receipt that it was ripped as wasn’t sure they’d be suitable… anyway not suitable! I tried !!! To return them to argos at breahead met with a scowl faced blonde woman in her 30s-40s I just knew straight away I was going to have a problem returning these she looked both up and down (one wasn’t even opened) then me up and down and said ? I’m not returning these ! These have been opened!! I explained and showed her the note and the receipt told her to call prestwick and ask for the guy that said I’d have no problem returning! NO she said I can’t sell these again !! I said well call and ask please she said no again if I was you I’d take them back to where you bought them for a refund ! I took them away back and they were shocked that blondie wouldn’t refund me and told me to phone and complain! I did call and was told they’d contact the store and forward the complaint about this scowling creature !! Not good customer service honey maybe you should take the stick out your posterior and get a better job that suits !! Maybe satan has an opening at hell or something more suitable to your face !
