had problems with a Tv purchased in sept 23 customer service were hopeless to be honest , went into Kingstown and Cant say enough about the staff something thats taken customer service til now to try and fix or enter software updates the Staff in Kingstown were fantastic was coming out twenty minutes later with another tv Excellent service .

Excellent service. Was picking up an ebay parcel from here today. The barcode that I needed was late in being sent to me but all the staff were ultra helpful, they all pitched in and sorted everything out.

Used order online and collect in store. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The store was a little quieter than usual, but that isn't surprising due to covid 19.
There was no waiting to get the store either. Ample sanitising products available and the staff were taking all the necessary precautions.

Disgusting service and terrible policy! My statutory rights have been breached! I cannot get a refund a faulty pair of earphones because they’ve been used! WTF? There are better places to shop. Argos must’ve had a policy change recently because I couldn’t exchange the wrong size slow cooker (unopened) for a bigger one recently. Stay away!
