Staff are always friendly and helpful. Waiting time is generally very short and you can get your items almost immediately if you fast track. The majority of items that I have wanted have been in stock so, all-in-all, I am very satisfied with my Argos shopping experience.

Anna the store manager is not capable of doing her job quite clearly, I have been sent from the Apple store in regards to consumer law rights act, and at first completely disregarded what I had to say, then threaten me with security to then eventually tell me she can offer a partial refund. She had no customer service skills and I would not recommend anyone visit this store! Argos as a company are joke! And now I will be speaking to trading standards as the staff at this store which is next to my house isn’t capable of doing their job I have to travel into Glasgow city centre

Staff are shockingly not interested and look as if they are forced to be there.
I ordered two car seats to pick up the next day. I went down the following day to be told I had ordered only one! My two Grandson's were sitting in the trolley! I event pointed out the girl who took my order. And of course she only remembered me ordering one cat seat! Rather than standing arguing with them I requested another seat to then be told they didn't have anymore in stock!! OMG! The store in Silverburn had one. Ok, but since I was purchasing an item under £50 I would not get to pay it over 3 months but if I had the two car seats I ordered it would have taken me over the £50 and I could have the 3 month option. Ok, Supervisor wrote on my receipt to give to staff at Silverburn and they would put it through their till to allow for the 3 months interest free. And you won't be surprised to hear Supervisor at Silverburn would or could not do it.
Useless, rude, uninterest staff.
Will not shop with Argos again.

What a shambles ! Went to buy a xbox game and as it wasn't in stock got option to order and collect in store from 4pm.stayed around ek for 2 hours but when we went to collect after 4pm item was still not available and the staff and management looked like headless chickens without a clue . saying that too much stuff had arrived and no idea where my order was.left with very unhappy child never to go back to this shop.
If you can't organise your store and deliver the goods don't say you can . terrible service. It's more like zero stars.

Costumer service is rubbish. Went there to get a baby gate. Waited 15 minutes after they had called my number for collection. Eventually came back and said they couldn't find it. Asked me to go to another store to pick it up. Now driving to another store 15 minutes away. Public transport it would be well over an hour. Thanks Argos for wasting my time.

Placed a fast track order for 2 items today 23/12/2017 and on the website it STATED OPEN TILL 8.30pm but then on another site it stated closed at 6pm. I expect more from such a large company I could have collected it from Silverburn if I was given the wrong information. This is the 1st time in months I’ve used Argos due to a previous bad experience and I will never purchase anything from the store again !

I love it, you go in, pay your fee to the cashier, you get a bingo ticket, once your number gets called, you win something, i've never lost yet, I dont know if it's fixed, or it's genuinely a winner every time. On a serious note, pay in advance and use Fast Track when it gets to christmas time.
