Absolutely huge shop floor in this branch but they also seem to have really good stock depth. Quite often this store will keep things that the inner Glasgow branches have sold out on. Staff are friendly. Store is clean and well run

I just bought a TV set here yesterday。When I opened the outer package, there was nothing wrong with the TV at all, but when I plugged it in and turned on the TV, the internal circuit of the screen was gone, the glass of the outside screen was not broken,When I took it back today, the staff said that the TV package was not broken, it was not their fault, and they thought that I broke it myself and could not return it. This is all about the quality of this product, I really feel speechless for the staff here,Very disappointed with the staff here， if I can choose a stars on this rating, there should be no one.

Arrived to get my online purchases, came into the store, and the usual carnage regarding the line for online and pickup zones, not a great experience on that and will probably get worse. The chap that served me was nice and friendly, but the above needs sorting as felt I was skipping the line.

Hours are wrong. We ordered something for click and collect, showed up three hours before their hours said they closed. They closed four hours early.

Emma at the Glasgow fort store was extremely helpful when I was trying to return my broken Christmas tree. Shame I can't say the same about customer service that wouldn't refund me.

If you buy online for home delivery, don't use PayPal.

Had an issue with a laptop which I have owned for just under one year. Initially dealt with manufacturer who told me to take it in to store.
Dealt with Michelle (manager) who took the time to understand the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction.
Michelle was professional and friendly and provided great customer service which you do not get very often these days.
Thanks Michelle and Argos.for rectifying this for me.

The Argos store is a cheap and good store to order online. There is a huge parking lot. At Argos you can also order products using catalogs or self-service screens. The service is nice and serves quickly.
