Went to collect one item, the two staff working were so lovely and got my item to me quickly. I was served by Jack and him and the woman he was working with were both lovely to me, great customer service, great chat, comfortable atmosphere. Just want them to know they are doing a fab job and made my experience as a shopper better and increased my customer loyalty for this specific shop, please make sure they know they made my day better <3

Staff don't know how a queue works and ignore you in favour of people who came in after.

Staff will also try and upsell you insurance on click and collect when you've already bought it.

Between these 2 visits I'm going back to amazon prime!

Popped in today to collect a few items that I had ordered. Friendly and helpful staff, they offered to give me some help taking my purchases to the car. Top marks, well deserved.

Bought a product online to collect in store, sent my partner and father to collect as it was a large chest freezer and I would never be able to lift/carry never mind fit in my car. Provided my partner with not only the confirmation email, collection details but also my driving licence and bank card. They refused to give him it, stating I had to be there and it wasn’t their problem, that it stipulated this in the email. It did not, the email says to provide an in date form of ID that matches the name on the argos card - no where on this email does it state that I must be present. And even if this were the case a simple explanation would have went a long way. Rather than the “lovely” (and I use that term loosely) female colleague stating it was not her problem whilst screwing her face up into something less than appealing. The store manager kindly “backed up his pal”, advising those were the rules and nothing they could do about it. The email does not say this and I confirmed with a follow up call to the customer service number on the back of the receipt, who also advised if my partner had the email alongside my ID there is no reason why he could not collect it. It appears wishaw argos like to be a force of their own, acting the jobsworth and employing customer service colleagues, who wouldn’t know the definition of service if it hit them in the face. A disgusting encounter that never should have happened, again backed up by their own customer service telephone line (which was provided by the store manager btw). So, I’d love to know who is lying the Wishaw store or their customer service number, and considering I have had others collect my items on my behalf previously from the Hamilton store, I think Wishaw wins that one.

Karen Dylan and Karis. Brilliant. Probably the best argos or... Best shop experience I have had. Did everything to help me with an order. Head office should take note of staff like these. Went back to shop again. Gary the manager helped me with an order I had an issue with. Brilliant.

What i mostly like about this retailer is the wee slips or paper and micro-pencils - you could be in Ikea, or a bookies...
Then there's the piles of catalogs, as if they were a stock display, facing the ager customer just at the door entrance
But the best thing is the wait, just after you make your order, and you sit agog with anticipation, waiting to see just much smaller and less impressive your item seems in real life, away from the pages of the catalog

Went to Argos wishaw around 9.30 am today looking for a ring whitch 2as a hard task but won't go into detail .. The girl who served me excelled her self to find me the right one .Nothing was to much for her lovely manner and yes I got what I wanted thank you I hope the Motherwell branch reid's this as I had 10 mins with a lady who could not give a dam as to wither I got a ring or not .aKeep up the good work Wishes and thank you again to the person who got me what I was looking for

Will never buy anything from this place again bought a cooker did not even have it fitted the door came off 1 end told on phone to get it fitted as i had no cooker and there was not a replacement in stock told i would be phoned back never happened phoned them again to be told i should have not got it fitted as now they would not repair it and would have to wait for a replacement or get ifix myself beyond a joke i bought the cooker on line and it was only delivered on monday
