Got overcharged for a sat phone rental. Turns out shipping time is NOT included. This is after I paid for a return label. Customer service was nice, but ultimately didn't do much. Won't do business with them again. Would not recommend.

For many years now, I have used Atlantic Radio Telephone for all my marine electronics needs. They have always been truthful, honest and straightforward. They are extremely professional in their quoting, making sure that their quotes are complete and accurate. In several instances, they have either recommended me different equipment or systems that better served my needs, or that which was less expensive without compromising on quality or performance.. The one thing they will never quote or sell you is equipment you either don't need, or that does not meet their demanding standards. The quality and reliability of their service is 5-stars and second to none. All their installations are impeccable, with everything properly laid out, secured and marked. If you ever have a question, even months or years after installation, they will always take your call and assist you. For these, and many other reasons, I'm a loyal client of ART, and encourage others to experience the same level of professional service that I have.

A todos los que puedan leer por favor no compren nada de esta tienda, son unos estafadores compre dos teléfonos satelitales y no funcionaron en el mar trate por 11 minutos y no se escuchaba nada regrese a la tienda para devolverlos y no me quisieron dar mi dinero me dijeron q los teléfonos funcionaban en su oficina. Costaron casi 4000 dólares todo es carísimo y sin nada de garantía alegaron q si los usaba ya no podía devolverlos entonces como sabes q no sirven? Son lo peor.

Hola a todos estoy súper enojada con esta gente, son unos estafadores por favor no compren teléfonos satelitales en esta tienda compre dos y no funcionaron estuve tratando por 7 minutos y cuando los lleve a la tienda para exigir mi dinero o un cambio me dijeron q ellos no podían hacer nada porque se habían usado los teléfonos. Fueron más de 3500 dólares y estoy desesperada porq perdí mi dinero y ahora ni teléfonos ni dinero ?

Watch out, they are scammers.

I purchased a device plus one year service in 2016.

Never renewed nor used the device in 2017.

Two months later after reactivating service in 2018, they said that I owed the whole 2017 year.

I have never signed any auto renewal or such. They explained that their auto renewal does not need your authorization. I never heard about this until 2018.

Avoid this business. I purchased Iridium Go service in preparation for an offshore sailing trip. I was promised the required login information within 24 hours. The login information never arrived and we were forced to set sail withing sat-comm. For days both I and my wife made attempts to reach the company, always getting a voicemail and never getting a login.

I assumed my service was simply never activated, then a month later I received a bill...more attempts to reach someone, more voice messages left, never a call back.

Do not depend on this business!
