Went in the office two weeks ago… I was wanting to register for spring semester… The staff on this campus is not help are not giving any assistance when trying to register… instead they refer to online… its been 5 years… I love the east view campus the staff always willing to go above and beyond… need more mature staff upfront with customer service… instead group of youngsters had their phones looking at either facebook or instagram instead of serving customers…

While the library staff is helpful, please be weary of the security staff. I had an alarming and uncomfortable experience with one of the officers. I’m a non-traditional student and am not sure if that factored into how I was treated (or if other factors impacted the interaction), but regardless, I advise caution to all students.

I have been going to Austin community College part time for 6 years. I have finished the motorcycle repair program, the personal trainer program, and have been working on my business degree ....I am retired now.. so I
take classes that i want to take to keep my mind working and learn things I simply want to know. I would recommend acc to anyone ..i have never had a bad experience there to speak of. The staff has always been knowledgeable and competent. If I had one complaint it is if you are not in their atxable area the cost difference is enormous and there are many areas in travis county that are not in the tax area ....I pay 268 a semester hour. And i live in travis county just not in their tax district. were others in the tax area pay 68 a semester hour. So it would defently be worth looking into where you are in their district maps...however they have a very large district map that covers large areas of austin and surrounding areas

I'm enjoying the atmosphere around the campus. My class is very interesting. The professor is cool and his attitude makes the class interesting I came here four years ago and felt so comfortable that I returned.

The riverside campus teacher David Chavez for Honda PACT is an aggressive and malicious person and teaches students with a demeaning attitude often grabbing the students hands and arms to move them and call them ma'am. I highly recommend not spending your money and time on a place that is this way. the knowledge they offer itself is barely useful at best

It's challenging to access the campus online and especially in person and the bureaucracy is decidedly amateurish and therefore maddeningly capricious but I really do appreciate when that 1 in 5 officiant can transcend those restrictions. I met one today at Riverside who followed the rules exactly and was able to steer me towards my goal (attending class that day).

Professor Salami and Comer the best. Tony is also very helpful and a good person to ask if you have any questions. Student Life is amazing and so friendly here. Great college and staff!
