During the years of the property management journey, I have never come across such an appalling customer service. As someone correctly pointed out here, the Axess 2 Ltd project management team is full of excuses.
After 1.5 months wait on non working disabled lift part, it was pointed out by their subcontracted engineer that the incorrect part arrived. Blame was passed on to an 'error in Denmark's factory'.
After further 2 weeks wait, it was confirmed that the subcontracted engineer in London received the correct part directly. Imagine our shock when engineer arrived and asked the team on site were the part was. Again, it was written off as some mix up with engineers vans.
Multiple of my chase emails were ignored, and multiple calls were answered by the sales team as 'admin team was in a meeting or not available'. I did start copying in the Managing Director of this company into the communication. I was very naive to hope that this issue would be escalated. No one at Axess 2 Ltd cares. They are very quick to charge you for the service which is not worth a penny.
We will never use this company again.
I have contacted alternative lift maintenance company who was extremely helpful and gave me a free advice on how to operate the lift's emergency stop button. They informed me who the lifts manufacturer was, after seeing videos and photos of the lift. Something Axess 2 Ltd would not provide on the paperwork upon the purchase, leaving you to think that they would be an exclusive contractor to assist on any issues with it.)
If you value your time and money, avoid those Axess 2 Ltd cowboys (or cowgirls to be precise) at all cost!

We had a lift fitted from Axess2 at our factory to enable a disabled member of staff to have access to our offices on the first floor.
The service we received was excellent, the sales engineer advised us on the best lift for our application. The lift was installed in a timely manner and the quality is excellent.
My experience with axess2 has been nothing but professional.

We had a flexstep installed yesterday. Many weeks of waiting. On the big day.... a really nice man delivered delivered the lift. Then the installers did an amazing job.. Our new lift is perfect, fit for purpose, just what what we wanted and needed. Couldn't be happier

This company is most definitely not recommended.
Installation was completed months later than agreed - causing disruption to the client and delays to our project handover.
The lift has failed and is out of action - it is no surprise even in warranty they offer a poor service. Firstly sending an engineer who doesn't know what the problem is, then we have to chase to get another Engineer, who cancels due to illness. We are now day 10 of a broken lift which is causing major disruption to our client.
So our tip is - if you value your client - do not use this company.
I will happily edit this post and increase the stars if by some Christmas Miracle they get it repaired this week.

Professional company with an impeccable service received.
Barry the engineer was excellent, gave a thorough service to our lift & was extremely respectful to the property & polite, who has a vast knowledge of the machinery he works with . 5 Star service !

Axess started off with good customer service .. but not now …. I am waiting for a lift part and service that was paid for in June 2022. I have sent many emails and no response. One phone call saying they will look into the matter then nothing.

Customer service in installing my lift has been absolutely brilliant. Staff on the phones are very helpful, friendly and polite. The engineers really know what they're doing and again extremely helpful.

Overall brilliant company to deal with and an emphasis on customer service that can't be attained through working with much larger companies. Couldn't be more pleased with my product!

Worst service and lift by a country mile. Delayed our project for 12 weeks because Nathan decided to not put the order through and owner Natalie Cardwell was quite adamant it was our fault because we asked a question. Not sure how asking a question is the same thing as cancelling an order.
Booked and deposit April 2019 and was meant to be installed July 2019, was actually installed in November 2019 and commissioned in January 2020. So much for their 'lead time' and did they care that they costed us tens of thousands of pounds in losses and delays? Not at all! Threats toward the end for the final £1500 payment. Greed is their game.

Are they bothered by anything? Not in the slightest - the directors are abroad and lie through their teeth and they have their personal pitbull Kristian to either fob you off or bark down the phone at you if you present any query.

Best part? The lift has only been used for a just over a year and it's broken down over 6 times during national lockdowns with minimal to no use.

Should have gone with Stannah - filled with deep regret for picking Axess 2. Appalling service from start to finish combined with an unreliable piece of equipment at an eyewatering price tag of £20,000. Currently signing for a second branch of Fresco and planning a third branch for next year and will be mindful to never use or recommend Axess 2 for all the future businesses I create.

Would strongly recommend avoiding Axess 2 unless lies, unprofessionalism and faulty equipment is your cup of tea.
