Today I stopped at Best Buy. I was looking for a cable with a USB and and a different end for a Brother scanner. I walked in and looked by the cell phone acccessories. I didn’t see one so. I walked back to the computer section. A young man Dom was helping a woman. When he was done he asked if I needed any help. I showed him a picture. He told me these should be in stock and by the cell phones even though they are for computers. He walked over with me and looked. We did not see it. He said he was going to check and asked me to wait. He asked 2 other employees. One man said he knew they were on the row where we had been. 3 employees including Dom were looking he said maybe something was in front of it. In that instant he found what I needed. This was the best customer service I’ve had is decades. Hats off to Dom. He is a keeper.

I scheduled an appointment online, but the person not only booked it at the wrong Best Buy location but also failed to mention that they don’t handle installations there. I wasted my time driving to the store, only to be told I had to drive an additional 20 minutes to another location. The service over the phone was awful—completely unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid making appointments this way.

I don't know why others rate this site so badly. I have had excellent experiences every time... buying appliances and tvs, service and today with recycling an old TV. Great service, all easy processes and very nice people. Wouldn't use any other best buy

GEEK SQUAD REVIEW.
Martin and Kris are the best.
Martin accommodated us right away and asked us to bring our PC parts to be built WITHIN the day even at 7pm , which they’re closing at 9pm usually. We brought them our parts and build 2 gaming PCs ASAP.
We had some issues along the process in which delayed and extended for more days of waiting. Plus the downside is that customers probably aren't allowed to check through the PC building process face to face. You just gotta be patient and wait for their call about their updates. We also noticed is is pretty hard to contact them since all of their contact numbers direct us to the Best Buy call service in which put a lot of hassle to explain the situation all over again.
Anyway, we recently got our PCs before they’re closing and in perfect condition. We could tell Martin and the squad worked hard on it. The cable management is PERFECT. Me and my bro were so amazed by the cable management. Like 0% of cables are dangling or looping at all. They even gave us the PC with complete drivers and softwares installed already.
What really out stands is Martin’s kindness and professional service, plus Kris as the perfectionist & his dedication in building the PCs. Thank you guys so much.

I had an appointment earlier today to get my iPhone battery replaced. At the scheduled time, the Geek Squad representative reviewed my needs, and after a few moments in the back room, informed me that the battery was not in stock. I was told that I could leave my phone there for 2-3 days until they got the battery in stock, or make another appointment. Both terrible options.

After rearranging my day to make this appointment time at Best Buy (who, by the way, I have been very pleased with for 20+ years), I am exceptionally disappointed with today's service failure.

Nice person the one on the entrance, but the other two that are on the electronic section you are lucky if they don't punch in the face if you ask about details on the merchaindise. Awfully service!. Like they are doing a favor. This happened on the afternoon shift yesterday.

Best Buy delivery service is really disappointing! I bought a 65” tv for my son and he scheduled delivery today. He was given a delivery window of 9 to 1 and received a call from the driver saying he couldn’t find the apartment. After speaking with the driver, it was determined that they were delivering to a wrong and not the address listed on the order. The address to deliver to was just 4 min away from where the driver was and rather than delivering the TV decided to reschedule. I called the store and spoke to someone about the error on their part. I was told the earliest delivery would be three days from the original day. UNACCEPTABLE. Best Buy needs to be responsible for delivery the TV as instructed on the day given. This mistake was brought up upon because drivers did not pay attention to the delivery address on the order. There is no reason why we should wait on them after we have been waiting all day. I need to have this TV delivered immediately not when it is convenient for the store since we were not the ones who made that huge error. I am now waiting to hear back from a manager to hopefully get this TV to its destination as scheduled. I will not accept a late call with an excuse that delivery today is no longer available. This is best buys fault and they need to be held responsible for their error.
