I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from the Best Buy Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

Washer & Dryer Set:
I bought the washer and dryer set with high hopes, but from the start, the process was filled with issues. The delivery drivers initially refused to bring the units into my home, claiming they wouldn’t fit through a standard door, which was puzzling given that both the appliances and door were standard-sized. After I insisted, they finally brought them in but left them uninstalled due to a missing stacking kit. I had to contact Best Buy myself to locate the stacking kit, and after some back and forth, they arranged for delivery and installation the following Monday.

When the installer returned, he discovered a significant issue: the washer door was damaged and couldn’t close properly. We immediately called customer service, only to be met with a dismissive response of “So?” The agent refused to authorize a replacement or any form of solution. After numerous calls and hours on the phone, I was finally able to reach someone at an alternate number who arranged a replacement. But now, I’m facing yet another week of waiting without a functioning washer and dryer in my new home. This process has been labor-intensive and disappointing, with countless hours on the phone and multiple hang-ups.

Refrigerator:
When I bought the refrigerator, it was advertised as “in excellent condition in the box.” However, when it arrived, it was suddenly marked as “out of the box” and had new damage on the front, including a large dent. The delivery drivers noticed the damage and kindly called customer service on my behalf. The agent offered me two choices: a brand-new refrigerator for $500 more or a $500 credit if I decided to keep the damaged one. Feeling unsure, I initially opted for the new fridge, but after considering the hassle I’d already been through with Best Buy, I decided to accept the $500 credit instead. Once again, the process of finalizing the credit was tedious, involving hours on the phone before I finally found someone to help me.

Overall, my experience with Best Buy Outlet has been incredibly disappointing. Moving into a new home should have been an exciting time, but instead, Best Buy’s poor customer service, miscommunications, and lack of support have turned it into a prolonged, frustrating ordeal. I am extremely dissatisfied with how much effort it has taken to receive basic support and assistance, and I’m left with lingering frustration over what should have been a simple appliance purchase.

Finally took the time to drive out to this place... Employees are slow and about half useless. None of them want to be there they just need a paycheck so the service is garbage..

For the most part everything is locked up.. beyond fridges, big tv's, stoves, etc so you can't get a gage on what the expected condition is.

Purchased a galaxy watch, price was a lil off regular and labeled "EXCELLENT-LIKE NEW" so sure.. let's save 10-15 bux.... some b.s. get home and open it....

Nothing like new about it... anyhow...F this store...

Easily the rudest service I’ve had in my day to day life. The brunette middle aged manager at the front of the store complained to me that I was going to make her life easier when asking to return a digital product that I never even received. She claims she is “too busy” at her outlet store to answer the phone. Go to target down the street instead.

They have awesome deals on open box items, and products look to be in excellent condition.
If you order something in the app, call ahead to see exactly what it is. I drove 30 (one way) miles to find out what I had ordered was missing components (3/4 speakers, but the app won't show that kind of item info). I had also purchased it with a rewards certificate. So, instead of letting me exchange it for something else, they just canceled the order... although I wouldn't be surprised if exchanging and crediting an item towards the purchase of another isn't done anymore.
The BB app would get 1 star for this.

Before buying from that place, please read…. I purchased appliances and a TV from this store. They sent them to the wrong address a week after I purchased them, imagine on appointment day you’re waiting for your stuff and it goes to the wrong address, so they apologized and they know how to do that really well. After tens of phone calls and back-and-forth, finally a supervisor called me. It was the manager of that outlet store. I had gone to meet her before that and she seemed like she did not care about what took place and didn’t even show any empathy for what happened. She did not even apologize, so then she calls me back after many attempts to get a hold of her through the 800 number and she said I got your back. I am going to schedule your appliances and your TV to be installed on one day .. NOPE I got the appliances and I did not get my TV and the installation and the sound bar that goes with it. I took that day off and I was up at 6:45 and waited for them to bring the TV until 7 PM when they stop delivering. I called the 800 number they had no clue where the truck or the merchandise was, I simply went down the next day drove about 35 miles, I canceled the transaction. Believe me a couple of hundred bucks you’re gonna save by buying from these people are not worth the aggravation they simply Don’t care, you can not get a hold of a supervisor and all they do is pay people to apologize for them. Stay away from that place, go to Costco..real professionals they come on time they install what you want them to install and they leave and they’re very courteous. Unlike those people who tell you the only thing we can do is reschedule or cancel, the asst manager and the manager at that store actually told me that they can reschedule or you can get your money back which one would you like, just like that and if you don’t like it tough.
When they say the appliances are out of the box at that store, they also mean the service too.
Incompetence, that’s the only word I could think of describe that operation.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Not worth the trip. Everything small: LOCKED IN CAGES ? and most WITHOUT VISIBLE PRICES ? sooo annoying.

? Prices: only SLIGHTLY discounted. Couldn’t find anything worth buying. Most items were like $30 off ? yippeeee. You’re not gonna find a super-saving gem here I’m sad to say.

Items: Inventory is mostly large appliances, and lots of tvs.

Decent selection of medium electronics but again, you’re not saving much.

PRO NOTE: the 5 ⭐️ rating on this store is cause they kept the original Best Buy page & just converted it to the Outlet page, so nearly all photos and reviews are not for the current OUTLET store *

I visited this best buy to return a product that was missing a few cables. The customer service was on par, and the store seemed well kept. Overall, there were no noticeable problems, and I would visit again if needed.

The store is similar size as a regular Best Buy Store but with all the returned or defected appliances and electricities. You can see different percentage discounts for each items on its price tag. As you expected, the worse the condition, the bigger the discount. We eventually bought from a regular Best Buy Outlet after comparing the pricing and conditions. You should be able to get a much bigger discount from FB marketplace.
