Nick has been absolutely outstanding. After waiting for almost two years to get my wife's 34 OP pink dial from another AD, my desire to own a Rolex grew immensely. One day, we decided to spend a whole Saturday in Palm Beach and entered Bucherer Tourneau, where luckily Nick was present. He greeted us with a big smile, thanked us for coming in, and asked which watch I was interested in. I mentioned that I would love to have the new air king ref 126900, as it held a lot of sentimental value for me since my late grandad was a pilot. We also discussed other watches and how the market has changed due to the pandemic. Nick's knowledge and passion were palpable. He even complimented my wife's watch and assured me that he would get my desired watch without any worries.
Two months later, he texted me asking when I could come to the store and pick up my watch. I was speechless because it was just a week before my birthday! I’d give Robert Fishman at Tourneau & Bucherer on Worth Ave 100 stars if I could!

I’ve been trying to purchase my first Rolex as a celebratory milestone for about 4 years now. I’ve visited about 6 dealers across the country, but still no luck. I’ve been on waitlists with 3 dealers in my immediate area for over 1.5 years. Every interaction always felt very shallow and I did not feel prioritized in the slightest, despite my plans to purchase multiple watches over my lifetime. I was also pressured to purchase other jewelry or watches to “increase” my chances of getting the watch I want. The entire process was incredibly off-putting.

I travel off and on both personally and for work, and try to pop into other Rolex boutiques or dealers whenever I can. During a recent trip to Palm Beach visiting a friend, I decided to stop into Tourneau & Bucherer on Worth Ave. I had just come from the beach and wasn’t exactly looking “my best”, however Robert Fishman came over right away and greeted me. He was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We spoke about my endless search for my first Rolex, why I was buying one, our mutual interests, looked at a few watches they had in stock, and just had an overall great conversation. Robert took down my information and let me know he would contact me if they got my watch in. The entire exchange was a genuine pleasure; especially compared to my previous interactions with Rolex dealers & boutiques.

Literally 2 weeks later Robert texted me saying it was available! I was stunned. Not only did it arrive that quickly, he also said it was no problem to hold it for a week so I could book a flight and fly down. Every dealer I’ve ever worked with has told me I would have to literally drop everything and race to the store to pick up my watch (if it ever arrived). I still couldn’t believe it and was so grateful for Robert accommodating my schedule to fly down and have the “full” first purchase experience!

During the purchase process, Robert was incredibly accommodating, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He offered us a drink (I chose champagne to celebrate), walked me through every feature of the watch, then sized it for me. Robert’s knowledge of the Rolex brand and overall history is unmatched. It was a truly awesome experience and I’m so glad I chose to fly down and purchase my first Rolex from Robert. He absolutely has a customer for life!!

I was looking to purchase a new Rolex Air King (Model #126900). I had put myself on a waiting list at another AD for about a month and had received no updates. I reached out to these guys online on Monday, March 4th. A sales associate (Nick) contacted me the morning of the 5th and told me that he will see what he could do. By that afternoon, he texted me that he found my watch! It's Friday (the 8th) and I just picked it up. Could not be happier with my purchase. I can't promise that they can get you any Rolex you want within 24 hours (maybe I was just lucky)...but they were super responsive and came through when others could not. I'll be coming back for sure.

An amazing luxury experience at Bucherer Palm Beach! I received my Datejust 41mm mint green dial, fluted on jubilee yesterday….the watch is truly magnificent. The way light shines off this fine timepiece highlights the breathtaking dial. This is the second Rolex that I have purchased at this location and my sales professional Eileen Izzo is a sophisticated warm individual. She makes me feel like I’m her best client and was very willing/skilled at sizing my watch for the perfect fit. She even adjusted the Rolex GMT that I was wearing. The exceptional white glove service she provides is impactful and very much appreciated.

I was welcomed by the boutique director Luis Torres with a celebratory glass of champagne and fine chocolates. Luis made me feel once again like their best client. All luxury buying experiences should be at this level but Luis and Eileen have set the bar exceptionally high for all to emulate.

Thank you both for allowing me to purchase this watch to match the 36mm that I bought for my daughter’s High School graduation here. I also appreciate that Eileen offered to have these watches engraved to commemorate this milestone for my daughter. I’m looking forward to adding additional pieces to my collection and continuing this relationship for many years.

I was searching for a new Rolex for my sons 25th bday. Who knew they were so difficult to get?!? I won’t bore you with all the details of my very disappointing search that lasted months.
