Sur Ny pour mon anniversaire je me suis rendu exprès dans votre boutique un premier contact avec Nathan pour me présenter la marque que j’avais déjà sélectionné. B&R
Très à l’écoute et de bon conseille. Le seul petit problème et pas des moindre c que ma B&R et fournie avec deux bracelet et bien à l’essai on utiliser celui qui et sur la montre et l lorsque j’ai voulu changer, de bracelet et bien trop petit pour moi cela et vraiment dommage surtout que l’on m’a dit que lon aurai du regarder si le deuxième bracelet était à ma taille et ou me mettre celui qui correspondait à ma taille.
Je me retrouve donc avec un seul bracelet dommage. Surtout que l autre était pour plonger.

An excellent elegant experience with Suzanne, my wife and I was greeted as soon as we entered the door and offered a drink. She took her time to explain to us how to process of purchasing our first Rolex as a new customer worked , which was very helpful as we didn’t know that things had changed so much since my father first bought his 20 years ago. We were then shown all of the available models that suited our taste (we didn’t care for gold accents ). Then we were shown the option of dials and bezels digitally. At first I wanted a submariner walking in but upon actually trying them on, which is a must ,I ended up enjoying the explorer in 40MM much more as it had a more refined classy look rather than sporty. When it was available Suzanne promptly called me to pick it up and the check out process was simple and efficient, perfect NYC style and speed. Looking forward to getting my next one with her!
