Good prices and selection of computer parts. Sale prices are usually lower than other stores. Was able to see online if they had my parts before going to the store. Employees were knowledgeable about building pc's and were very helpful. Try going at less busy times. Be prepared for long waits during Black Friday and Boxing day.

PSA for anyone getting CC to build your computer, be aware of small things, do a quick diagnosis of your system once you take it home.

I made mistake of getting Canada Computers to build my new gaming PC instead of Memory Express.

I picked up my PC, I went home and did a quick check of everything.

Right off the bat:
-CC never installed an extra 2 TB NVMe drive (Completely missing from the spare box parts, empty boxes of my parts they provided)
-Mobo has an NVMe cover and the cover still have the plastic ontop of the soft material behind the cover that covers the 2 NVMe SSDs
-Ram speed was not configured (CC did not leave instructions to overclock ramspeed)

I will give credit to the CC technician that this person did a great job with the cables and finished within 3 days.

I called back and complained only about the NVMe missing, and they offered to install it for me. Obviously, as a paying customer who spent over $160 I am going to complain about having to bring back PC to Burnaby and just to install the SSD is a big pain in the butt. I asked them to compensate me which they provided a $20 refund and I'll install the SSD myself.

Overall I think CC needs better customer service, seems like they aren't very well trained to deal with bad customer experience.

Kristian in Kingsway Canada Computers helped me to upgrade my gaming PC & did the cable management. I used to buy things on Amazon but it was a wise decision to purchase in CC because of the staffs they have.

The guy, Kristian, who helped me to select components is very knowledgeable. In view of how many way things could go wrong in terms of compatibility & cost efficient, Kristian really saved me & my PC. Also the cable management he did for my PC, that makes it's future expansion much easier. I cant thank him enough to build a solid foundation for my PC.

The two dudes who helped me with my newest prebuilt PC were absolutely amazing. I can tell that they know their stuff pretty well. I was mostly helped by a guy with glasses who has a super great attitude and had immense patience while I tried to talk to my bank at the register.

If you ever read this, dude with glasses, never stop learning how to 3D model and use Unreal. Hope to see you in the industry one day haha.
