THEY are the best … I would recommend them 10/10 !! Had an issue with my PS5 and they fixed it at a reasonable price. Alex was super helpful (amongst the other people there as well). Thanks CDR! Took a couple steps but we got there… happy with the service! ?

Took my MacBook in to repair the screen. I could tell the computer was still working, but knew the screen connection was bad and needed to be fixed. They have me a quote, and initially didn't know the timeline, but once they got a new screen in they called and kept me in the know of how the service was going. They got it fixed, updated my computer for me, and charged what they had quoted. Super happy and my laptop has been working great since. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

Made a quick stop to check out the iPhone 16 pro max. Man behind the counter was very helpful and was willing to help me even though I did not have any purchase intent. I just wanted to see how the size of the phone felt and screen looked before doing a full upgrade thru my provider. Thank you CDR for the pleasant interaction without any hassle 🙂

Brought my phone in to get the screen repaired. Gentleman working on the phone accidentally damaged it. He offered me a new phone (same version so not an upgrade) but still charged me $80.00 for the screen repair. With the new phone I am struggling my to get stuff reconnected. This includes my Bluetooth (and emails. Financial accounts, etc.). I might need to dig the radio out of my car somehow to reset it and reconnect Bluetooth. The man was very apologetic. Everyone in the store was nice and professional. No complaints there. Great folks. I must say however I am a bit aggravated that I still had to pay full price for the screen repair over a phone that was damaged by the store, and now I have to figure out how to get the radio out of the vehicle to connect this new device. Accidents happen. Not mad at the employees. Just a bit aggravated that I had to go through all of this and still pay for the screen repair. Now my email account is jacked up as well.

Bought my son Apple AirPod Pro 2 and was told they would have 1 yr warranty. Purchased them February 2024 and went there today October 17th 2024 and they wouldn’t honor the warranty for repair or replacement. They won’t have my business anymore

took a ps5 here to get cleaned, it worked perfectly fine before. After we took it home, it kept powering itself off , took it back and they couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t do anything about it
