What a fantastic store. Went to this store a few days ago and bought three watches. A great store assistant named Derek managed to source and have delivered a watch i have been trying to find for months a disney astronaut mickey mouse watch. Could not have found a nicer guy to help me. Will more than likely be back to buy another watch because you can't get better than a citizen for quality at a fantastic price.

Linda was very helpful and welcoming during my visit to the store. Customers are required to sanitize before trying on watches, and each watch is sanitized after trying it on. Linda showed me many watches and got me a great deal on a nice dress watch!

Some watches are up to 65% off, even beating grey market sellers like Jomashop and Amazon. However, there is an exchange-only policy for all watches in store, so keep that in mind when purchasing a watch from this location.

Good prices but be aware!!!! of their products, they like the sell you floor models or return items. Check really well before you leave the store they look good but make sure it is. I bought a watch for my wife and started to come apart two days after, since I was just visiting in orlando I had to pay someone to fix it.

Visited this place in March on my vacation. Michelle was so helpful and at first I was just window shopping but due to her service, I ended up buying not one but two Citizen watches, the Stiletto model. People here are helpful and Citizen watch quality is awesome.

After doing research online for a durable and bulletproof timepiece that can be beat up at work and worn with suit, settled on the stainless steel Eco-Drive Promaster Tough. Called this location to see if they had it in stock and spoke to a gentleman named Francis who agreed to hold the watch in the back for me until the next day for pickup. I’ve tried this tactic with other stores in the past to no avail but sure enough, when I arrived and met Francis in the store, true to his word he went to the stock room and pulled my item that was being held. He had written a note on the box with my name and number, and left the watch face exposed to help fuel the Eco-Drive with light so when it was picked up, it would have a good amount of juice to run efficiently. Being that my wrists are skinny, a few links had to be removed which he did for me on the spot in hardly any time. We ran through the warranty details, watch features and signed me up for the website to register my purchase and had a nice conversation as well. The store itself was very clean and had hundreds of gorgeous watches for men and women alike displayed. Overall, the store and employees left me with total satisfaction and happiness in my recent purchase and I highly encourage anyone considering a Citizen to go here and have Mr. Francis show you the ropes.
