I work for a company and I was trying to purchase about 200ft of cable. I asked how we could make a payment if I do not have a company card. The salesman accused me of fraud immediately and refused to give me a payment option. He began explaining how people do fraud in a bunch of ways. I replied that I understand that but it has nothing to do with me, I could make a check, I could make an online payment, I could do a credit card authorization form. Whatever is needed, just tell me what you need and I will make it happen. The man told me in Spanish that I am poorly educated and he refuses to sell me anything and hung up on me. Honestly, I understand that there is fraud that happens but I am a customer asking to payment options and the response I got was in the form of a insult and disrespect. Went to another place where they sent the invoice and payment link in email to my company and they got paid and I got my material. Waste of time.

I had a disappointing experience at this branch location due to the unprofessional behavior of the sales representatives. Their lack of attention or care to customer service was evident. It may be a better idea to consider purchasing online or exploring alternative locations if you prioritize customer service.

50 cent people. They closed my account for few dollars past due and didn't bother calling. Looks bad when you send a contractor and they tell him no account on file and closed. No managers work here on Saturdays.

Great place, knowledgeable people, great attention, easy, quick and fast! 2017
Update: Lately I haven't been so lucky, over the phone have gotten a not so good attention, just asking for some materials and have a rude negative response when I have sent someone before to get them and was told in store they do have the parts. ? don't know what to think!
Guys I've spent thousands in that supply, not a good thing to be upset and take it on the customer.
A little bit more crowded but always great attention, availability and variety at Kilowatt Electrical Supply. Sep. 2020

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION . I BEEN WAITING FOR AND ANSWER FOR A FEW ITEMS THAT I EMAIL HIM LAST TUESDAY. BRENDON FERNANDEZ TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE IT READY BY MONDAY , WLL ITS MONDAY AND (SUPPOSEDLY WONT BE BACK TILL NEXT WEEK MONDAY) I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANGER AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 MINS ( TWICE). I CALLED BACK AND THE GUY SAID '" WE BUSY'" AND PUT ME BACK ON HOLD. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS HERE. I WOULD PUT A ZERO STAR !!!
