I had an emergency phone repair - it wasn't turning on at all even when fully charged. It turned out to be a software glitch. They were able to fix it right there & then. Great customer service and very helpful, I will be going back if I have anymore issues!!

Very helpful and friendly staff! Helped me fix my speaker usb-c port which no other fix shop in Edinburgh would attempt to do (and I tried a lot of them!) Cheap prices, and fast service, dropped it off and was ready the next day. Even received a free warranty with it! Couldn't recommend more.

My iPhone battery was on its way out and I stopped by to see if replacement battery was an option. Computown was able to replace the battery in less than an hour at a reasonable price. Great customer service and highly recommend them.

Update: Computown broke my motherboard and cpu during the installation process as the problem finally got diagnosed by a professional.
Displeased, seemed very good at first reasonable price and fairly quick to upgrade my cpu. However about a day later my pc magically starts breaking and is no longer usable without the video now cutting out. It seems very strange to me that my pc that was working perfectly fine now returns broken. Upon this I gave it back in and they extensively tested it and apparently there are no issues which they are. Now are essentially wanting more money on top of the money I've already paid at a potential fix but could still be all for nothing and are wanting money to even take the time to look at what's wrong with it. So as far as I can see it and anyone else in my position can is that ive spent £150 for my computer to be unusable. Very unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I've had with a computer store as I've normally had very professional and understanding and if there's ever been an issue it's been fixed ASAP and fairly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, computown , more like incompetent.
Had them fit something in my pc , just for them to break it. Then got verbal abuse on the phone.
Reported them to the relevant authorities

Absolute joke , Very unprofessional and quite frankly inhumane.

I highly recommend computown, I had a problem with my SumUp payment machine, I wanted to solve the problem quickly ( I could not carry out payment transactions ) gentleman repaired the machine within half an hour. I am very grateful for that. Brilliant customer service
